This Walgreens Pharmacy is the worse. It appears they only have one pharmacist who is always working (understaffed!) and prescriptions are constantly delayed.

Have been trying to call to check on an item before I drive over and the number isn’t working the call won’t connect me to actually talk to someone it keeps disconnecting me!

Went here to get a few items for around the house. Got a weird vibe from both male cashiers at the front. I asked one of them where an item was, he made a weird face and walked me over to the items. Just had a “gosh do I really have to?” Vibe. Not very friendly at all. It’s not like we are expecting you to act like a Disney character but at least be helpful and casual. When I was checking out, the cashier was standing in line…but I didn’t even know he was the cashier. I was standing behind him like he was in line as a customer, about 7 minutes lasted he realized there were two people behind him and he went behind the cashier to help ring up. No hello, no how are you, no talking whatsoever. All he said was the total and gave me my items. I know having a job here can suck at times but really all you need to do is acknowledge people and be helpful that’s all. Not that hard.

8:50am Went in to get a bottle of water after eating breakfast. Cashier walks off, looks at me at the counter… Manager looks at me at the counter. Manager says one sec sir. 5min later cashier walks back to manager in corner ignoring me. Btw I’m pressed for time. I’ve waited 10min at this point. I left my drink at the counter and walked out. Horrible customer service

Usually, the staff are efficient but don’t seem like they want to be there. HOWEVER, on a recent trip to pick up photos, we had a great experience with someone whose name tag said “Ruff R.” So friendly and helpful! I hope he’s getting paid well. Sometimes it takes that one great interaction to win back customers.

Worst Walgreens ever, today the cashier talked and greeted the white customers, after I waited in line over 7 minutes he did not welcome me, no thank you and asked if I wanted a bag. Customer service is terrible!! Never coming to this location again!

The worst pharmacy I've had the displeasure of working with. They never called me to tell me my script couldn't be filled and I just got off the phone to verify that my script was sent to them. Also whoever FINALLY answered the phone had the AUDACITY to ask what my medicine was for. UNPROFESSIONAL!
This was after a week of trying to reach them continuously.
