Cashier lady at the front should not be in customer service. Abnormally rude for no reason. Came in to pick up an order for FedEx - DO NOT PICK UP FROM HERE. She was snappy and mean with me. Will not be coming back here again.

They do not deserve any stars . The worst of the worst . Scheduled a Covid test . Have the confirmation email and #. They could not findIt in the system. Sooooo stupid . Corporate people probably couldn't care less . But if you live nearby find another place.

The Walgreens at Howell mill village is nasty dirty. And the pharmacy is inept at best. Don't bother making an online appointment for a vaccine. They don't honor them. You'll wait no matter what.

Unacceptable customer service no one bothered to help me at the pitcher service center. No one took the time to even see if I needed help and even when I asked they give HALF instructions. THEY NEED NEW STAFF!!!!!

The pharmacy staff is so mean and they take forever to fill prescriptions. It's ridiculous how long it takes and how they are so rude when they are the ones not filling prescriptions on time.

This is the worst pharmacy EVER. There are always long lines, and they take forever to fill something. I had to wait 30 minutes for them to count out 20 pills once. The final straw was in regards to my dogs medication. Vet called it in on 1/10/2023. On 1/19/2023 I called Walgreens asking for the status on it. I waited on the phone for 30 minutes for them to check on it. They said they found it but that it didn't have any refills, which was odd since this was for a years worth of medication. Then they said to wait because they thought they found something. I waited another 10 minutes for them to tell me that the vet never called it in. I called the vet on 1/20/2023 asking for them to call it back in. The vet then told me that she remembered this pharmacy because THEY CALLED HER BACK TO ASK QUESTIONS ABOUT THE PRESCRIPTION. Nope. I am done with this place. As I am writing this review, the vet called me and told me they tried to re-call in the prescription and that Walgreens REFUSED to accept the prescription. Walgreens was trying to say the vet (from Blue Pearl) was not fully licensed and that the vet should not be practicing and prescribing medication. Walgreens, you have lost a customer for life. Hire better people who are competent and care about the patients. Absolutely unacceptable.

I continuously have bad experiences with this pharmacy. Incorrect orders, rude and unhelpful pharmacists, long lines, etc. I will not be returning.

I picked up a prescription yesterday and noted that it was (7) times more expensive than is typical for a generic. They were busy, so I paid it and called this morning to see if there was an insurance glitch. The pharmacist was very aggressive and accused me of filling it twice - and noted that it was a crime for this particular medication. She tried to intimidate me and said the police needed to get involved. Thank goodness for cameras - I couldn't wait to see who had tried to impersonate me! Turns out there was a glitch in their system, coupled with an inexperienced clerk that screwed up - but the lead pharmacist didn't back down. I am grateful for the manager that took time to help me research what went wrong versus assuming the worst. I have been going to this pharmacy for over 20 years and they have officially tanked. Do not trust them with your health!

Corporate seriously needs to intervene immediately and get a brand new pharmacy staff. I used to drop off a prescription, wait 20-30 minutes and then pick it up. NOT anymore. I drop off a prescription now and it takes days if not a whole week and I have to call minimum 2-3 times to check on it and get them to fill it. I honestly don't know how nothing has been done about this as it's been this way for months now.

Scheduled an appt for a flu shot because of a mandate for work. Needed it to continue working and the pharmacist put the wrong date which is going to force me to into automatic suspension. Should have gotten a clue by how confused the person was when I checked in for the appt. Do not come here. Update: came back to have it corrected and they took my ID and still spelled my name wrong on the "corrected" form. When I alerted the manager on duty he could not have cared less.

Online scheduled an 11am flu shot. Filled out form in line. Showed up a couple minutes early. Was asked to fill out same forms I just filled out online. 30 minutes later, asked how much longer. 10 minutes they say. 30 minutes after that...walked out. No idea how this process could be this poor, but these people exemplified being poor at what they do.

This is literally the worst Walgreens I've ever been to, and I move around a lot. You'll get a text that your medicine is ready to pick up. Then you show up and they can't find any record of your prescription. Then they magically do find it, after looking for 20 minutes, but they gave you the generic instead of the name brand, which your insurance doesn't cover, so you have to wait another 30 minutes. Thirty minutes later you ask about the status and they say they don't have it in stock. Then you confirm what medicine you are asking about and they say they do have it. Any combination of these things has happened every single time I come to pick up a prescription. They don't have it together, it's a total mess.

I made an appointment for my COVID booster shot and flu shot. I received at least 4 reminders from Walgreens which included a reminder to check-in 15 minutes early. I'm now being told it's up to an hour wait. This wait is annoying but the 1-star is because of how rude the pharmacist has been. She's refusing to check-in anyone and yelling at everyone to just to sit down. Luckily everyone waiting has been good about the honor system when the pharmist does ask who's next. There's also a sign that says check-in for COVID vaccines above the window, so if she doesn't want people checking in the sign needs to just come down.
