I would give zero if possible.
The store manager is so rude, not competent and he clearly lacks motivation, which is obviously the reason why the overall shopping experience there is awful.
Stay away.

JAMES is an amazing pharmacy tech! I had him go above and beyond for me today, going as far as calling multiple stores around the state just so I could get my medication after countless other pharmacies told me it was “discontinued” (it is not). I have always had issues getting my medication and he genuinely did the most to make sure I could get it. Would recommend this pharmacy to anyone!

Nice pharmacy staff. I came in today with the flu, an ear infection, and an asthma flare all at once so I was feeling really really bad and wanted to get my meds quickly. Per usual, they were super busy, the line was going down the aisle. However, the staff was efficient, professional, patient, empathetic and helpful. Not one staff member was annoyed, or unpleasant. They did their best to get my Rx transferred and filled fast. Walgreens needs to give them more help they did their best but I was in there for over an hour.

I would like to leave 0 stars. I scheduled 3 appointments for vaccinations. After waiting an hour after our first scheduled appointment (30 minutes after the last scheduled appointment), we politely asked for a time estimate. I was angrily told by a woman working at the pharmacy that she was "not going to deal with (me) today" and to sit down and be quiet. I have never been spoken to like that and had only pointed out (politely, after she continued yelling and grumbling after we asked how much longer our wait would be) that an hour was not a rush. (She had just yelled at us that she wasn't "going to rush vaccines!") We usually go to the Walgreens on Peachtree across from Barnes & Noble and have never had a problem. Waiting is one thing. Waiting in line again to kindly ask for a time estimate (believing, and I think correctly, that we were forgotten) only to be yelled at is another. Do NOT use this Walgreen's for anything! (For whatever it's worth, someone named James stepped in to help, and he was wonderful!)

If I could give a zero, I would. The gentleman at the photo center is rude and disrespectful. Canceled my order that I had taken so much time to put in due to all the customization I needed to do but he could careless as I gently and politely tried to ask him about other options as to how to get my order to another store without having to use so much time to redo the customized birthday cards I had done previously. He is not knowledgeable at all and clearly needs not to be working I'm such an industry where quality customer service is important.

Scheduled an appointment online to get vaccinated. Showed up at my appointment time. Still had to wait an hour to get my vaccine. It was like they had no idea I was coming.

This Peachtree battle Walgreens used to have excellent pharmacist and dedicated staff with excellent people skills. Now they've gotten rid of all the good people and it's minimally staffed anytime of day and the staff never acknowledges the people or even pays attention when there's a very long line waiting. Pathetic people skills and they keep making mistakes with the prescriptions. The store is on a downward spiral. Don't use this Walgreens

Bad Walgreens pharmacy. I have been a customer for 20 years. The pharmacy team used to be caring and filled our prescriptions with professionalism and politeness. Now the pharmacy team is not the same. All new employees who seem to dislike their job and customers. I am moving to a different pharmacy. Extremely disappointed as this Walgreens has been our local pharmacy for so long—back when it was Kings- then RiteAid and now Walgreens.

Vaccine check-in process was super inefficient and not explained at all by staff. Pharmacy staff was rude and unhelpful. Waited an hour for my vaccines, even though I had made an appointment ahead of time. Would not recommend using this pharmacy.

Store is clean and well stocked but the old lady at the checkout counter up front was so rude. No manners or social graces. The bag was ripped and she kept packing it. She was just a very hateful person. Please do the customers a favor and retire. Will not go back there.
