The worst pharmacy customer service I have EVER experienced in my life. There was no reason I had to call 4 different times and being on hold averae 15-20 mins. One lady answered I needed a prescription filled: Instead she put me back on hold after I explained I was calling in a new prescription. Then when she’d answer thinking I was calling because after waiting so long it starts to ring again, she continued to re put me on hold. Instead of helping me. Now would I receive different service if I lied and said I was a new caller ?!? Should something so simple as filling a prescription be that difficult.

If I could give this store 0 stars I WOULD... I had a vaccination scheduled at this store for a job paying 18.02...Get to the store and the vaccine wasn't there to be given. This is so unprofessional to book appointments and they don't have it. Now I lost out on a good paying job. I will never enter another Walgreens in the middle of the hood AGAIN GHETTO MESS

Great store if you like slow pharmacists who are incapable of filling prescriptions in ample time, irrespective of the emergency or the fact that their incompetence caused the initial delay. Also amazing if you like pharmacist technicians with GOD AWFUL attitudes. 1/5 would never recommend.

Staff is rude, lazy and incompetent. Got COVID booster - after they called and asked me to come right away instead of waiting for my appointment later in the day - and then they wouldn't even give me a vaccination card or any proof of vaccination because "it's 10 minutes before lunch."

They are nasty and rude ! I'm convinced every Walgreens is all the same from the rude complusive lying staff to the filthness of the store ! I don't recommend this location or ANY WALGREENS!

If I could give this Walgreens zero Stars I would I don't know where to begin I dropped my prescription off with them on a Tuesday Year from me having my teeth pulled out the young lady in the pharmacy said that I could come pick it up the very next day then I received a message stating that it was a delay on my prescription here it is almost 3 to 4 days later I've been calling to the pharmacy every time I call someone picks up and hang up or they don't pick up at all very unprofessional I can only imagine people who have serious conditions worse than mines can't get their pills or their prescriptions on time the company really needs to evaluate their employees and retrain them on everything

This is the absolute worst Walgreens of all !! They are snail slow !!! I hate coming here !! Hire more folks !! Whatever it takes !! The pharmacy has an attitude !! I'm the customer !! They act like they're doing me a favor !! Change will come !!

I had knee surgery 7 days ago! The doctor sent in a prescription for pain medication, which the pharmacy denied because it was an opioid that they need a paper prescription. The doctor then called another Walgreens closer to the hospital sent my partner with a paper prescription and he was told they could not fill it because the previous Walgreens, the one this reviews about, had already started to fill it! It has been six days since the prescription has been filled at the Metropolitan Walgreens, unfortunately, with their hours, my husband is at work from the time they open till after they're closed and I cannot drive! I have called three or four times every day starting from December 8th through today Dec 13th, been on hold for 20 plus minutes until their system disconnects me! Never once has anybody answered the phone there! I called another Walgreens and they picked up on the first ring! The only excuse we can see is the fact that this Walgreens is on Metropolitan Parkway in South Atlanta where people have lower-income and are of color! Because none of the other Walgreens in midtown Atlanta and North treat their customers this way! Now I have no way of getting my prescription nobody answering their phone to answer any questions and it's just basically clear that Walgreens corporate office doesn't give a damn because of the people who live in this area! The best thing that can happen is that everybody in the store is removed and employees who actually give a damn are put in place!

Scheduled a COVID test two days ago here because I could not find another place with open appointments.. Received my confirmation email and reminder email the day of the appointment however when I arrived the person at the drive through said they are unavailable at the moment and I would have to reschedule but the person who was just in front of me just had the test done. Would give it zero stars if I could.
