There is this black girl who works the night shift at the register there and she doesn't come across friendly or warm as a shame especially to people seeing act their best with her. I have warmly greeted her before and never got a warm hi back as strange and unacceptable. Where is the customer service without warmth or no smile? She has looked at me in such a cold and condescending way whenever i simply asked her simple questions even when she had her headphones on speaking to others. Really hope this gets dealt with seriously. Nobody or the store shall ever burn a bridge as this.
Tonight unlike before there was a sweet black girl named Yolanda who took great care of me and was very professional, warm with a genuine smile. Seriously others need to follow Yolanda. The lady security guard was very warm as well. Yesterday night a sweet black lady named Natasha was sweet and professional.

Pharmacist rude and no urgency what so ever to help customers. Always takes 3+ hrs minimum to fill a prescription of 10 pills.

I am incredible upset with this location. I have made 3 appointments for a covid test and they have NONE available after being sent to 3 different walgreens locations. I AM FED UP

I just moved in this area and was excited that I can order online for my things to get delivered and I used it and I been here going on a month had no problems till tonight when it said my order was canceled I called to see why they guy barely can speak a lick of English talking about they don’t deliver and I Uber don’t pick it up I told him sir I ordered from this location before so I called 1800 number and they said it was on the way and never came I had to wait like near 4hours for me not to even get it so I ordered from another 24hour one after I got a refund back from the one . I will be making a trip to this location when I get a chance to find out when this guy work so I can order it from another location cause I’m not going through this

This is the MOST GHETTO WALGREENS PHARMACY I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH! The pharmacy staff is rude , unprofessional, and ghetto. I will be switching my pharmacy ASAP. Due to the unprofessional staff that suppose to be knowledgeable of medications that a joke. Even the pharmacist there are rude ALL OF THEM.

One of the absolutely worst Walgreens ever, they NEVER answer the phones, prescriptions are always 3-4 hours or longer to be filled there is NEVER ant sense of urgency. Seems the people working don't like their jobs, so they are unconcerned about anything...ridiculous. I wish there were other choices who really cared about their customers.

Visited this location today to have some passport photos taken for my daughter. While just standing around the photo area we were greeted by the shouts from a Walgreens employee (Trellis)stating “This is my last customer, I’m not helping anyone else after her!!” The shouts caught me off guard because 1) why are you being so rude and 2) if you dont help me I’m sure there would be another employee to help me. I immediately turned around to walk out because I’m not spending my money in an establishment where I’m not respected. Another employee who ever heard the shouting and rudeness came over and apologized for her behavior. He even stated that the camera at this location was not working and suggested I visit the Old National or Cascade locations for the photos. When we got in the car my 14 year old daughter said she was impressed that the young gentleman came over and apologized. I was even impressed by the young man and thats why they got an extra star to make it a 2 star location.

Wasted my time going up there for a passport photo. I called before heading up there, was told by an associate to come, only to find out the machine/Camara was out of service.

Just a shout out to the security guard working March17,2024 between 7:45 and 8:15 pm ( I didn’t get her name). I’m here on a trip from Canada and needed some prescription medicine. (Apparently hard to get on a Sunday at that time). I was there for a while trying to sort myself out and was impressed by her professionalism, and the way she interacted with the customers in a very kind and polite way -while at the same time making it clear that she’s serious about her job . A very good first impression of the store that may not usually get mentioned in reviews.
