Popped in here to grab a few essential items. I found them pretty easily as it was well organized but on the less stocked side. Staff were nice enough to greet me on my way in as well as out. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and wouldn't mind coming again as it is in a convenient location for me.

Management—this is a poor representation of Walgreens. I am surprised people still get prescriptions filled here. They don’t answer the phone. They do Covid tests in the drive thru line that make people wait 30 minutes for results. They start helping you, then help 7 other people while you wait. If you are looking for convenience or expedited service. This is not the pharmacy for you. If you’re looking for prescriptions to be filled on time, this is not the pharmacy for you. Truly unbelievable how disorganized and poorly managed this pharmacy is.

I was taken in by Walgreen’s current offer of a $10 cash reward for getting both my flu shot and covid booster at the same time. After the shots, both of my arms hurt to the point that I could not sleep on either side, and I was ill with chills, body aches, headache, and fatigue for about 24 hours following the shots. My judgement told me not to get both, but the $10 offer lured me in. Well, tonight I took my supposed $10 reward to the local Walgreens store and guess what - it’s not a $10 reward. The clerk explained to me that it was $10 of future credit to be given at some unspecified future point of time. No thanks, Walgreens. II will not be getting future health care, medicines, or other merchandise from your brand. Your deceptive add is astounding, and it encourages the questionable practice of getting two potent vaccines at once! Bad patient care, bad customer deception, bad business. No thank you.

Clean and fairly well-thought-out location. Staff was nice, too. Getting in the parking lot is a bit of a chore being on North Druid Hills but still... I found what I needed easily.

Whoever the guy is that typically runs the FedEx desk....I think he is the assistant manager?.... I can only Imagine his coworkers all roll their eyes at his prissy behavior. Bothering to do anything less than point a customer in any one direction or using his voice to ask or call for others do a job that he could easily just handle must be a truly excruciating trial and unimaginable burden. Apparently every day is hard times for this guy. I feel bad for his coworkers. I wouldn't deal with him except that this location is the closest FedEx delivery to me and well, at this point, his attitude problem has become a household joke. At least I get to laugh about his shitty behavior when I am out his line of site.

Disappointed in customer service/policy for the workers. Just go across the street to Target. I went in to buy makeup (easy). Then I realized I had the wrong shade, so I went in to exchange the shade (unopened). I went to the cashier and asked if I could exchange the products. She says just swap them and doesn't ring up the products. I figured, they must have the same barcode and walked out. I later decided to just return the products (still unopened and found a better price), and was told that the barcodes didn't match the receipt. I then explained what the previous cashier did for the exchange. The supervisor said that the cashier did it wrong previously and that someone had just gotten in trouble for refunding in a similar situation, so she couldn't. Knowing that a person who you supervise messed up and that this isn't the first problem of this kind, the supervisors should have been able to right the situation (return my products and help the other cashier(s) know what to do better). Disappointed and will go elsewhere if I can help it.

Yes but they need to remove the 5G tower behind it which is camouflaged to hide the obvious fact that it’s dangerous to humans, it poisons the cells and suppresses the immune system! It causes flu-like symptoms...convenient to be next to pharmacy so people can can sicker and come back and buy more medicine!

The Walgreens clinic website allows you to book an appointment with the clinic at this location, but there is no clinic. Slight misunderstanding. The pharmacy tech, however, was unnecessarily rude and condescending when I asked about the clinic. Very snarky, bitter, and just rude. I was speechless because I have never experienced such poor customer service.

By far the worst customer service from the pharmacy. They are racist and rude to say the least. Unbelievable lack of respect and consideration. I hope nobody has to deal with a pharmacist like this one in their lifetime. This is the very first time I actually write a review but their horrible hospitality lead me to this point. They need new pharmacist employees. ASAP.
