Axl has been boarding and doing daycare here since he was a puppy. Believe me when I tell you I was a panicking, worried mom the first time I left my baby for the week. Wag a lot didn’t treat me like an overprotective dog mom- they called and gave me updates on Axl and assured me he was happy and safe. Now, when I say “ Wag a lot”, he smiles and jumps into the car. Then when we arrive, he sprints up the ramp to get inside . Makai and Sydney in particular are outstanding- they love the dogs like they’re their own. All the team members are great though. We’re so happy and grateful to have such a wonderful, Pittie friendly boarding and daycare spot so close to home.

I've never used the services, but the front desk man was Super sweet and friendly. We stopped in being nosey and wanting to take a break from the heat. Absolutely beautiful place.

My two pups (ages 2 and 3) visit once per 1 to 2 weeks and get very excited every time we pull up. (Sometimes more depending on my work schedule.) I’ve never had an issue with other dogs or the staff.

I've been taking my older dog to the Flat Shoals location since 2012. It's a safe and dependable daycare and boarding facility for me. I have complete confidence in the team. I have noticed in the last year that the facility needs a facelift on the exterior. The smell of urine is so powerful, I can smell it 20 feet from the yard fence. It takes your breath away and gives the impression that cleaning is not top of mind. The inside does smell fresh and clean. It would be a good idea for the owners to invest in a new wooden fence and metal banister, as both have outlived their lifespans. The banister has rusted at the joint and looks unsafe. Other than the urine smell, no complaints.

My dog, Rascal, practically sprints into daycare every time he gets the honor of going there. The staff have been wonderful and welcoming. We love going here! And I think Rascal would go every day if he could.

My dog contracted kennel cough TWICE from this facility at the beginning of 2023 which quickly turned into pneumonia, we switched to another place once healed and have had no issues. There are too many dogs here to keep it clean, very sad. They have had kennel cough for over 3 months based on their Facebook posts and my personal experience. The staff were always friendly and I appreciate the love they showed my dog while he came.

We have been using the Decatur location since we adopted Clem in early January. He came home with a welcome bag after his first day and the staff are awesome. Drop off/pick up takes about 1 minute- no kidding- and they can just charge your card on file, which is even faster. If you're a busy working mom like myself, you really appreciate these little things to save those additional minutes!

Our pup has been going to Wagalot Decatur for a few years and loves it! She comes home tired from a day full of play. The staff are great and really care about her, they even called to check in when our pup was absent for a couple of weeks over the holidays! Highly recommend!

We've taken our puppy here a few times now. All I know is the staff is really friendly and seem to love all the dogs that come in. And our puppy is completely worn out when we pick her up at the end of the day, which, combined with socialization, is the point of taking her here! I would highly recommend it!

My experience started out great. I have two puppies that are pretty shy so I liked that they require temperament tests for all dogs. They passed the test. I was told they still were a little nervous but to keep bringing them and they will be fine. I had workers tell me they would go slow and let the pups stay on the sideline until they wanted to join the other dogs. After the test day and second day I took them I had happy pups who were willing to greet strangers without a problem. Then the 3rd time I took them I checked in on the camera to see one of my pups being pulled through a group of dogs while freaking out and trying to get away while the other was frantically trying to stay close to her. No idea what happened before this. Then when I picked them up the one who was being pulled (usually the calmer and friendlier of the two) growled and tried to attack someone when we got outside. She had never done this before. I called to see what happened because that was a huge behavorial change for her. I was told they would investigate and call me back the next day. That was in October and I still haven't gotten a call back.I wish I got the name if the staff member I worked with on the first day. She seemed very nice and honest.

I love bringing my pup to wag a lot, but they really need to get the grooming schedule together. the past few times I’ve brought my dog I was told that they don’t do cleanings on the weekend, I was told to bring her on Monday. I bring her on Monday and now I’m told that they don’t have any room to bath her today. I wish I was told that I needed an appointment to get her bathed because that defeated the purpose of me bringing her.

Our dog Clarence is so happy & tired after playing all day here. He doesn’t even mind when we dress him up for his big post Wag-A-Log review photo ??
