Front desk personnel were very professional, also the mechanic Andrew who fixed my truck did a great job on diagnosing my truck and repairing it. I will definitely return if I need work done to my truck.

Atlanta , Georgia 30315 location have extremely poor customer service. They don't respond in a timely manner (numerous phone calls, texts and emails before someone responds). The staff Don't take responsibility for their assignments and actions, they pass the buck and blame their own colleagues. They presented us with a long list of items needing repair / replacing but no explanation why.
No explanation to my Inquiries as to why we need over $13 ,000 in repairs to a vehicle they were serving on a regular basis.
Appears they are capitalizing on the fact there is minimal competition for them in our area.
This is not an organization I can recommend.

Companies like this should be put out of business because they over charge the customers before they even give you a solid answer of what’s going on with your truck. They know that they monopolize and people have no other options on where to go to get their vehicle fixed. Why should I have to spend over 1500 just for a diagnosis and still no idea what the issue is.

Called in gave Vin got wrong part got to wait weeks for a return check and had to pay for correct part because they gave me the wrong part horrible so I paid 2 times for a part unacceptable

I was very satisfied with the customer service, service department and the service manager. They made me feel like I was a very importing customer, I like how they took the time out and explain the diagnostic steps along the way, and honor what they promise. I will return in the future and recommend friends. Blessings 🙏🏾

My rv wouldn't start after overheating a little. Called w.w.williams around midnight on a Friday June 14th. Had nothing but attitude. Answers the phone practically yelling with "what do you want" and said $1,000 up front or don't waste my time and $2 per mile. Don't even know what that means. Absolute scumbag of a mechanic. I'd go elsewhere.

She was there to assist us from start to finish, always greeting me with a smile, and consistent communicating updates.We originally bought our bus in for Jake brakes repairs. Upon getting call to that bus was ready and issued was repaired. I drove bus and immediately turned on Jake brakes and noticed they still weren’t working properly. I called Valorie and she asked me to return to shop for further evaluation.Following her conversation with mechanic and general manager the issues was repaired/resolved at no additional charge.
