I wish I could give zero stars…please believe ALL of the previous reviews rather than the common general response from the company talking about “growing pains “ meanwhile your in trouble with the IRS for some bogus $6,000 credit that I know nothing about and W Systems tax preparer Mr. Mann for lack of better words is too cowardly to answer/return phone calls to speak with you regarding the matter. There were truthfully over 20 people in his waiting room as he hid behind his office door while the front office staff stressfully tried calm the tension of his customers… the only response I seek is to retain ALL of my my tax records from this individual and never look to this place again…also my son is still waiting on his 2022 return which is held by the IRS due to something Mr.Mann and his company!DO NOT GO HERE!!!You have been warned

These people are horrible. Had my taxes done with them against my better judgement in March been sitting in the errors department ever since. Called to have them amended they said they would and send me a email when completed. Did not amend and will not respond

Never filed my state taxes originally which “I Paid” him to do.… on top of that I waited over 6 months for my refund & he took half of my federal refund without telling me I had to call the IRS to see where the rest of it went & they said he routed it to himself. Had to come out here several times to catch him & make him fix it. He comes in late, doesn’t answer the phone or text & has people skipping over each other. This is not professional at all!!! They really slick scamming. He took $400 dollars out my refund & never told me he was talking that much initially! Dude wrong for that! Tried my best not to get too hot in this place. Never going here again & y’all shouldn’t either. TRUST ME.

I am super disappointed with this business, I’ve been using this guy for the past 4 years and i am beyond disappointed, he will never answer your calls, text or even email (I personally know him). Even after making mistakes in your tax return, you’ll have to go and find someone else to fix whatever mistake he made because he’ll intentionally never answer your calls. If you’re thinking about filling with this guy do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. You’ll thank me later.

This place is awful. Out of personal experience and hardships do not go here save yourself and your money.. they never call you back and they never handle the busy that they are supposed to. Also you will.get audited and owe thousands that you never knew about and like this year my taxes are held for some tax credit they used and they will not answer me they just ignore me

Terrible place unless you like to wait for no one to help you. They don't answer phone calls nor do they take appointments. They make you wait hours to be seen. Other tax people more professional than this group of people. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
