Great customer service is very hard to find but at Visionworks today I must say this was not the case! Upon me walking into the store I was greeted with a warm hello and smile by Mr. Ulish Farmer. He was very professional and friendly. I was called back for my exam quickly ( I didn’t get her name) but was very nice as well and the Dr. too was awesome. After my exam Mr. Farmer helped me select my new frames, in which I absolutely love. You guys are awesome! I came home and scheduled both my husband and son appointments for Sunday!

I've been needing to get my glasses replaced but was too busy with work and I seen ads for Vision Works, decided to see if I could get an appointment on my only day off (Sunday). I booked one and was seen, found the frames I was looking for, and got in and out within an hour and a half. My insurance paid off in the end.

Let me first just start off by saying that I usually do not take the time to write reviews good or bad, but I had no choice but to leave a review on this place! It has been a long time since I have experienced such professionalism! These people know exactly what they are talking about and your optical experience and needs are tailored just perfectly for you! And I can not say enough about that service! Ulish Farmer is the person that helped me and WOW is all I can say! Top notch service all around! When a person can not only help you with what you came in to handle but also recommend something that you didn’t even know was available to you or you didn’t know you needed is beyond the call of duty and I am more than please all around with this place! Everyone I encountered at this place today was very pleasant and very helpful and very professional and knows their stuff. I wish I could give 100 stars!!

I truly enjoyed my experience with the Doctor and his staff at this particular location! Tray was great and other staff in the office area. Everyone is so informative and offered many options than when I was a young adult. Money very well spent, I will return to this location in the future as a repeating customer for sure! Thank you!

The doctor at this location is trash!!! This was my first time ever coming to a Vision works location and I regret wasting my time. All my life I’ve been a Len’s Crafter girlie with zero problems but then my husband suggested I go to Vision Works now since we’re married and NEVER AGAIN. The doctor came into the room and the FIRST THING SHE TOLD ME was that my eyes are red therefore I can’t get contacts… I’VE BEEN WEARING CONTACTS FOR 13 YEARS!! I told her I was rubbing my eyes since the assistant put the little air pump with the red dot exam thingy in my eyes multiple times during the eye screening. But she said she can’t give me contacts since my eyes are red. I left and asked my husband if my eyes are red and he said no. Very unprofessional. It’s a cheaper price than lens crater for a reason. They even had a little boy running up and down the whole time. I would never recommend!!!

Ulish was very professional, patient, and helped me find the perfect glasses to meet my work and personal needs. I’m super excited to get my new glasses. Dr. Whitlash was also super helpful in answering my questions and thorough.

I originally went to Atlanta Eye Group upstairs from Visionworks. Was quoted $219 for a contact lens eye exam over the phone from AEG. Kind of pricey, but with the 4.9 star rating I decided they would be worth it. I made a same-day appointment at the cumberland mall location. At arrival, it was explained that the actual exam is $150, and the contact lens surcharge is only the BASE charge. Thwy explained they would be adding $70 - $120 in surcharges, depending on how the exam went.I called AEG from the office at Cumberland to complain, and they apologized for not stalling me before I came.I abandoned the appointment, went down the escalator to Visionworks, and got the whole thing done as a walk-in for a flat price of $148.00,At least I was able to get an honest bill and good service rigjt across the hall at Visionworks. And I saved over $100 too.

When we went to eye checkup, Doctor was not responsive, she was not responding properly for our queries.at the end when we asked her, what is the eye power we have, she told that when we go out of doctor room, the receptionist will tell us.. what the hell, what she is going to loose if she tell eye power upfront, based on the power we thought of asking few questions to doctor. She didnt even suggest what is food or vitamins that we can take to imrpove eye power.

Visited this location yesterday the DR was amazing hence to the 3 stars. the customer service however at the front counter was not up to par came in was greeted however you could tell the employee did not want to be working on a holiday . After being placed in the room you could hear another employee arguing on the phone in regards to her food order being wrong after being seen and checking out the two young ladies at the front were having personal conversations and were speaking about another patient being seen prior to me definitely a HIPPA violation. I would definitely improve on professionalism at this location I miss the gentlemen who use to be at the front desk
