I went there for years. I complained about the office manager or administrator, rude tone and stank attuited. They told me find another doctor's office. LOL! I Laughed so hard. They did me a favor. LOL!

I can no longer support this office. I tried to schedule an appointment and was told that they would only schedule a telehealth visit because I had 1 covid symptom (a cough), a symptom which overlaps at least a dozen other common illnesses including anything deemed the common cold, bronchitis and even seasonal allergies. I re-affirmed that I had tested negative for Covid multiple times and that it was just this 1 symptom, and the office person said "that is a COVID symptom".

Worst doctors office I visited so far moving from Ohio to Atlanta. Feels more like a scam than practice. If you go in for an annual checkup they will stand on coding you to your insurance company as "Office Visit" to get the most out of you financially leaving you with high deductibles so be careful. For those who don't know most insurance company's let you have an annual checkup per year for free as it's covered -an office visit on the other hand you get charged everything. This practice will offer you the standard flu shot every visit to charge you for the actual shot and to "administer", as if there is an option to do it yourself. Although DR. Sarms was very unfriendly at the practice he was very helpful on communicating how to help your medical issue and helped my cholesterol get back to normal (even sent my medication slip to my home address to help me self pickup at a local pharmacy. Dr. Anita on the other hand is dry, unfriendly, and communicated something different to her staff than what was communicated to her, she's in it for the money and the staff stands behind it. They use automated messages to stand behind "office visit" charges to say this was a reminder that it was a follow up (even though you scheduled for only an annual). What's worst is they will not work with your insurance company to resolve the issue, they will stand on saying they will not change the coding- even with your insurance insisting they're wrong. For those of you thinking "why did you go here more than once?" - well I actually wanted to change doctors after the 2nd visit when they charged my BUT my insurance guaranteed me it's been a year since my annual checkup and all doctors in Atlanta were 5 months out at the time - so seemed like a good choice- but it wasn't

I absolutely love Dr. Smith! She is awesome, but recently I’ve had two bad customer service experiences with Kenzie who answers the phone and handles scheduling. Normally Dr. Smith’s staff is excellent, but I am beginning to see a shift and if Dr. Smith doesn’t address it soon, it may be to the detriment of her practice. Also I referred my fiancée and it is difficult to get a physical scheduled as well as getting push back about him making a routine appointment to see Dr. Smith. I am quite surprised because this has been my PCP for over 10 years!

Dr. Smith is smart, friendly and always has the the patient's best interest as her focus. Both she and her staff take great care of you and a friend I referred to her is beyond pleased as well! When you need to see a specialist she always puts you in great hands. I would highly recommend Dr. Smith and her team!

Dr Smith is ok. Dr Sarma is great. Our family were long time patients but we will never go back. Unfortunately this place suffers from a rude office manager that acts like it is an inconvenience to discuss patient issues and Dr Smith ignores how he treats patients. There are better places to go that actually treat their patients like they are valued

Only doctor's office I've ever been to where the never run behind! My appointments always start on time and Dr. Smith is very caring and knowledgeable! I recommend her to all of my friends in the area, she's great!

Terrible service at Vinings Medical. They refused to accept me because of my seasonal allergy for what they call it their Covid policy. I asked them if they are going to bill since they did not do anything except for checking my blood pressure and asking me to leave the building and come back in 2 weeks. They said I am not being billed. And now I have realized they charged my insurance $325. Unbelievable. Shame.

Dr Smith is a compassionate, intelligent and open minded physician that I’ve had the pleasure of seeing for over 14 years. Her bed side manner is top notch. On occasion, her staff has been questionable, but they are quickly replaced with more competent and friendly folks. I’ve always been more than happy with the care I’ve received.

WORST doctors office I’ve ever been to! They would not allow me to come in because I was running a 99.0 temp but I’m fully boosted, vaxxed and masked. I also was wearing my down coat which RAISES your body’s temp (had to wear my coat because you can’t fill out your forms inside; they make you leave to fill them out). I asked the person taking my temp if I could just cool down for a second after taking off my jacket and see if the temp has changed. She said no you have to leave now. Skip this place. It’s atrocious!!!
