I gave this service a try after my previous cleaner service shut down for repairs. Not only were my clothes NOT ready for pickup on the day that was agreed, but I also didn't receive a call letting me know not to waste my gas. I ALSO didn't receive as much as a courtesy apology for the inconvenience. The following day I went to retrieve my suits. I received my suits without inspecting them, paid for the service, and took my suits home where I did not inspect one in particular for about a month. Upon inspection of one of my favorite suits, I realized that the fabric had been burned and pulled, leaving a bubble in the fabric. They didn't even have the basic decency to inform me of what they had done. I would have NEVER spent money on this dry cleaning service had I known the overall experience and would be so AWFUL. ****** NEGATIVE stars if I could. ******

Can’t complain, they get the job done when they say they will for a reasonable price. Four shirts cleaned and pressed for $10 ready by the end of the next day.

Went once and will never go here again. They took 6 of my suit skirts, worth several hundred dollars each, and put safety pins through them. There are visible holes in my skirts now. I took my skirts back and they said this is how we've always done it and there's nothing we can do now.

I would highly recommend Vinings Main Cleaners. For the past year I was a customer with Carriage Cleaners, and they’ve always provided prompt professional dry cleaning services. Additionally, great stain removal from items that were luxurious.

I would give this location a zero, if that was an option. They stole a $4000 ring that belongs to my mother. First they claimed the never saw it, then the owner said it looked cheap ( after not seeing it). Now they are refusing to take responsibility. I’ve been a customer for more than 5 years. If you have valuables - beware!! I’m filing a police report for theft.

I would avoid due to them not caring for clothes properly. I had on my account, and reiterated every time, to dry clean only. They decided to launder anyway and said they forgot the dry cleaning tags. Annoying but forgivable. Most recently I got a brand new shirt back with a huge tear. When I asked them what happened they said "people get older but they don't replace their clothes". No idea how that applies to a brand new shirt or why that's a reasonable response. If I had given them a brand new, button up shirt with a large tear, any cleaner would have marked it so they weren't responsible. They were very combative, so I just told them I would replace it and left. Too many other quality options nearby to have clothes ruined.

This is my neighborhood dry cleaners. I use it weekly. I guess I'm in there roughly twice a week; drop off and pick up. The staff is always very friendly. I've lived here in Atlanta now for almost 2.5 years and I've never had an issue with them. Pricing is good. I can't say anything bad so they get 5 stars in my book!

I've hired Vinings Main Cleaner to sew curtains, a shower curtain, and a few other items. She does a great job and charges a fair price. Recommend!

This cleaner has always been good. Convenient and close to me. Recently there has been change with the people working here. They have been dry cleaning shirts that should have been laundered. This last time I told them five laundered and two dry cleaned and pointed out which two. When I go to pick up my seven shirts it was almost 30$. Four shirts dry cleaned and three laundered. She had the nerve to tell me "next time you tell me what you want". Very disappointed with the current service here. With dry cleaners a dime a dozen, it was very poor customer service.
