It’s hard to find real understanding people when looking for apartments. I had the pleasure to work with Tabitha today, and she was amazing. I haven’t met a landlord who was as understanding as her, she puts herself in your shoes and she is very prompt at getting things done. I already loved the apartments and neighborhood from viewing them, and my interaction with Tabitha completely sold me. If you are looking for an apartment with knowledgeable, hard working, and dedicated leasing staff/landlords I definitely recommend this place. Tabitha was the best and I would recommend her to anyone.

I have had the best living experience since I have lived here. They respond to maintenance issues quickly. They also have brought great incentives for staying here such as credit reporting and special events with vendors from the area. When you have an issue it is addressed quickly and they remember their guests.

Just moved in recently and everything has been smooth so far.The staff in the rent office was very helpful and seem to care for each tenant. Hopefully this is somewhere I can see myself settling for a few years.Thank you

The Staff at athe Villas at Princeton Lakes are professional and courteous. The newest staff all work together in my opinion wonderfully. I have experience first hand management ( Shawn Hastings) going above and beyond to help the residence. The upkeep of the homes, gates, grounds are applaudable. I've looked at other places and experienced their customer service and can truly say, this is a great place to live. Thanks, C.Powell

It was really a pleasure to work with Ms. Tabitha. She is so wonderful, she had GREAT customer service. She was very informative. If I could rate her 100 stars.. I would. She really cares for her customers, she took time out her day to help me, even when the office was closing in 5 minutes. I am excited to move in my new apartment. Great work Ms. Tabitha!!!!

Our housing choice here is fantastic. The location, just minutes away from Interstate 285 and Cascade Road couldn’t be better. The staff and maintenance team are not only friendly but also highly professional. Special commendations to Tabitha, Dave and Jay.

I was trying to check on my application and I spoke with a lady at first named Tabitha who was very nice and politely put me on hold which then I was transferred to the property manager Shawn who was very rude and unprofessional and who did not seem to want to answer my questions about my application and also rush me off the phone. I have never experienced anything like this and was very disturbed.
