I lived there for almost 12 years. The first 6 years were fine. After that it steadily declined. I waited 1-1/2 years to get the gutter cleaned because it was flooding my balcony. I got mugged in the hallway and the police officer who lived at the complex let both go without getting there IDs. My car was broken into. I had my new pickup stolen from the parking garage 8 days after I bought it. Young people on the roof shooting bottle rockets at me on my balcony on one July 4th. One police officer shot on the property. Quality of tenants rapidly declined the last 6 years I lived there. Many Many promises from managers that were never met. Not a safe place to live.

My floor hasn’t been fixed in 2 years of me notifying the rent office, my stove has went out several times and they won’t replace it with a new one, the oven doesn’t work, my washer machine is going out, I live by the dumpster where there’s thousands of rats and trash in the bushes and they never pressure wash the ground or dumpster, my back door doesn’t lock with my key, my breaker box old and keeps popping and sizzling, there’s more, I will add photos later

The office staff and maintenance have been super helpful and nice from the beginning. I've been here 6 months and my only complaints are there are still security lights out in the parking garage, there are at least 3 disabled vehicles collecting dust in the parking garage, there is always trash pilled up in the corners of the parking garage and the hallways are DIRTY and even GROSS in some areas!!!

Great place to live. I have been here for over 20 years and have had a peaceful and enjoyable time. Great office staff and maintenance staff are friendly and efficient with maintenance services.

I had an email Thursday, 5/10 saying my request had been cimpleted. The noise from my AC stopped. That night the storm came and I lost power. When the power came back on the noise returned. I sent in maintenance request this morning, 5/19
