Rude. Not customer friendly. Cancelled my policy in error. Did not return my phone calls. I changed insurance companies entirely after dealing with this agent. 0 stars.

Not only did I have to call three times to get someone on the phone during business hours, but when I finally did make contact with Mr. Winfrey, he had a stale attitude (as in how dare I call and ask him for information) and never followed up on a simple ask to provide a copy of my home insurance policy dec page. Working with Allstate to see if there are any other agents in the metro area to work with, as I don’t see myself getting any results with Mr. Winfrey after first contacting his office.

Mr. Winfrey has not let me down in any areas that I needed him, his service is promp and always on time. I am definitely his loyal customer.

Mr. Victor Winfrey was unprofessional and have poor customer service. He didn't give me reason why charging me extra after cancelling my policy with Allstate less 30 days. He said that I still need to pay the charged amount even without any reason then hen hung up my call. His very rude! He needs more training in handling customers. However, my issues was handled by a female customer service in Allstate who was very nice and not rude. I still recommend Allstate insurance but not Mr. Victor Winfrey.

EXTREMELY poor service... They never ever respond to emails. It varies when they answer the phone. In fact, my policy got canceled after I called in with my card payment 3 times, which they fail to process. I am very disappointed with this company, because it is so easy to do a simple job by servicing a customer. I will NEVER EVER recommend or use Victor Winfrey Allstate Insurance again....

I have been with Winfrey agency ever since we bought our home, 2001. Unfortunately we have had a couple of claims and they were processed without issue. Thinking of moving our car insurance to them.

My experience with Allstate has always been fantastic. Allstate is the only company I have ever used for Auto insurance because of the great and helpful staff I have encountered. My agent Victor Winfrey is the best!

The BEST and I continued with Allstate but I had to get a new agent as I relocated to a different state. I recommend Victor Winfrey: Allstate highly.
