I came in to return equipment as told by the 1-800 customer service rep. After waiting 20 minutes in an empty store for an associate who told me that they had to create a shipping label and then I had to go to FedEx, I gave up and left. I was a disregarded unimportant customer.

My husband and I went to Verizon to up grade my 7 year old IPhone yesterday. Our sales specialist, Ryan Kamkariyan, was our cellular specialist.I actually was putting off getting a new phone because I thought it would be so stressful to hear all the plans, the choices of a new IPhone, and the trade in on my phone.Ryan made the experience seamless and so easy. He made it an enjoyable experience. He was very knowledgeable, informative, and quick at giving us all the details. My husband and daughter n law ended up upgrading their phones yesterday also.Ryan transferred all my contacts, photos and VM to my new phone.Ryan even let us know that Verizon gives a RN a monthly discount.Thank you for the excellent customer service Ryan!

Worst service, all they really cared about was if you wanted to buy something so they can make a commission. Got a new phone but couldn’t get my cell phone line to work. They took me to business phone at one of their tables. I had to sit with someone on tech support for a very long time. They need people that can actually help customers with technical problems.

Terrible service! I went 20 min before they closed and I know who wants to be that person but I work the same schedule so I tried??♂️. Instead of trying to help me the young lady gave me a tech support number to call then said if they can’t help to come back tomorrow. Why not try to help me then so you wouldn’t have to see me again.The tech support number didn’t help either now I’m without a phone. This place sucks!!!!

I had the pleasure of spending 2.5 hours today with Trinity and I’m not being sarcastic! It really was a pleasure! Something that should have been an inconvenience in my day turned out to be an amazing two hours of talking and laughing while she worked through my phone’s never ending issues! She is incredible at her job, so patient, and an absolute treasure of a human being! Verizon- y’all better promote this lady because she is a blessing to your company!! I will only go to this store from now on simply because of the amazing service I received! Thanks again, Trinity! I hope you have the wonderful day you deserve!

I picked 2 phones here in sept 2023. Had some issue with application and Nana from the store helped patiently. He called verizon customer care and he talked to 5 different persons for 3+ hours and helped solved the issue. Appreciate all his time spending in helping.

The worst company I have ever had to deal with. Every person who represents this company has told me a different story. Depending on who you get on the phone will determine your outcome. Its impressive to see such a successful company be ran so poorly.

I tried to check in at the door and indicated I had network issues and needed new SIM cards. I had notations on my account from previous customer service calls to resolve. A week later and still service that was static or unclear, dropped calls and no network issues kept happening.The rep knew no commission was going to be made on this sale so he told me they don't have SIM cards and my devices are too old.

Sadly I finished a call in the car. I walked into store at 5:02 or 5:03 pm and they said appointments only! No signage on door. The employee said around 5 pm - 6 pm appointments only. Noted a few employees just standing and talking. Why in the world would you have to make an appointment when you have staff doing nothing. What happened to customer service? In fact excellent service. Do you want to lose a long term Verizon customers? Management get a grip of this policy you have given them. If they are not busy... take a walk-in. I have spent a lot of money over the years! This is customer "no service" is shameful!I thought about posting a pic of how they were not busy. I just wanted to ask a question on an email I received. In the past, I had wonderful service and experienced great knowledgeable staff. But no service unless appointment! Is disgraceful! 5:02 or 5:03pm.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. My elderly grandmother went there first trying to activate a iPhone they try charging her 109 dollars a month plan. When clearly she just wanted a unlimited text/call plan which should have been around 45 dollars. She than asked if they had a flip phone and they said no. She pre-order one online and was ready for pick up at the same location that said they did not have any in stock. I personally went back to get a SIM card and they were charging me 30 dollars. I left and went to another Verizon store and got a a SIM card.

Great experience at this Verizon store. I had spent over an hour on the phone with Verizon trying to correct an issue with data usage. The support rep followed her script and left me with a phone that no longer worked at all. Went to this store and within five minutes Nana had the phone working again. Jatu then helped me connect with the right person to fix my original data usage issue. I was on my way in 15 minutes. Couldn't ask for better customer service!
