I’ve been in many Verizon all over the country The guy “Hunter” Is worst “ Specialist” Ever seen in over 5 years. He doesn’t deserve free good customers. It’s so rude, trying to skip task to end fast with customer, trying to make me leave bc he didn’t want to help me

This location is terrible and I’m sitting here typing this review while still being within the location. I had a 2pm appointment scheduled and arrived on time (as instructed). It has now been 50 minutes AND COUNTING and not one representative has assisted me. It took 15 minutes to even acknowledge my presence. Completely unacceptable considering I have been with Verizon for over 10 years. This has been a completely awful experience and this type of service is what has contributed to my switch to T-Mobile. If you have a life and would like your time respected this is not the place for you.

So I switched from T-mobile last September to Verizon. All my 6 lines because of network issues.
I have insurance with them I purchased screw protecters from them. They told me I can get it replaced and I requested a replacement screen from zagg. Apparently they lied. I have been to two Verizon stores, camp creek and Fayetteville and they all telling me a story. Camp creek said $25 to replaced because they are independent store so i have to take it to the corporate store, so I drive to Fayetteville and the are telling me is $29.99 to replaced it at the corporate store

Personnel at this location were extremely helpful and showed great kindness to my elderly mother. She needed help returning a phone. The woman at the store who assisted her called me to verify details of what was going on, then helped my mother prepare a return label and package up the phone to be returned to Verizon's corporate return location.
I'm grateful for her patience and understanding. It's good to know people like this still exist.

Poor customer service, hostile, rude, and not helpful. Do yourself a favor and stop using Verizon.

I came in to return equipment as told by the 1-800 customer service rep. After waiting 20 minutes in an empty store for an associate who told me that they had to create a shipping label and then I had to go to FedEx, I gave up and left. I was a disregarded unimportant customer.

Absolutely horrible store front. I have been dealing with a SIM card issue for two days and finally was on the phone with a very nice rep that tried everything at their disposal to fix my issue. Upon exhausting every single thing they recommended I go to this store 123 Perimeter Center West "they are open until 8pm so you have plenty of time." Well unfortunately that was not true. I arrived at 6:56 to a store with all the lights on and noone in the store. However because I didnt have a phone to look up other locations I sat to think about what i was going to do. Out walks not 1 not 2 but 3 maybe 4 verizon employees. So I knocked on the window. They all just turned their back. So, I kept knocking and mouthed I just need my SIM card you are supposed to be open. The guy held up 1 finger and said hang on. Out walks another guy who comes out to tell me they are closed because someone called in sick. So I just said but there are 3-5 of you in there can you not just grab my SIM card and Ill get out of your hair... Nope because its in the safe which noone can get after hours... Well technically you are supposed to be open. "Sir I told you someone called in sick so we are closing an hour early." But there are numerous people in there I dont really understand why you cant help me. Then just said sorry try north point and closed the door in my face. So, two days trying to work on this with tech support to be sent to a store that basically just shut me out. If you work for Verizon corporate please reach out because I am not taking this one lying down. I was going to add numerous lines to my account as well, but unfortunately I think Ill be heading down the road. These employees should be fired. No chance they are working well with customers.

My husband and I went to Verizon to up grade my 7 year old IPhone yesterday. Our sales specialist, Ryan Kamkariyan, was our cellular specialist.I actually was putting off getting a new phone because I thought it would be so stressful to hear all the plans, the choices of a new IPhone, and the trade in on my phone.Ryan made the experience seamless and so easy. He made it an enjoyable experience. He was very knowledgeable, informative, and quick at giving us all the details. My husband and daughter n law ended up upgrading their phones yesterday also.Ryan transferred all my contacts, photos and VM to my new phone.Ryan even let us know that Verizon gives a RN a monthly discount.Thank you for the excellent customer service Ryan!

Worst service, all they really cared about was if you wanted to buy something so they can make a commission. Got a new phone but couldn’t get my cell phone line to work. They took me to business phone at one of their tables. I had to sit with someone on tech support for a very long time. They need people that can actually help customers with technical problems.

Terrible service! I went 20 min before they closed and I know who wants to be that person but I work the same schedule so I tried??♂️. Instead of trying to help me the young lady gave me a tech support number to call then said if they can’t help to come back tomorrow. Why not try to help me then so you wouldn’t have to see me again.The tech support number didn’t help either now I’m without a phone. This place sucks!!!!

I had the pleasure of spending 2.5 hours today with Trinity and I’m not being sarcastic! It really was a pleasure! Something that should have been an inconvenience in my day turned out to be an amazing two hours of talking and laughing while she worked through my phone’s never ending issues! She is incredible at her job, so patient, and an absolute treasure of a human being! Verizon- y’all better promote this lady because she is a blessing to your company!! I will only go to this store from now on simply because of the amazing service I received! Thanks again, Trinity! I hope you have the wonderful day you deserve!
