Sat with Fantashia. She clearly didn't want to be there or maybe had a long day. She gave me bare minimum service and I give her half a star just for showing up to work. I asked if they had certain colors IN THE STORE today (black titanium and/or natural titanium) for the iPhone 15 Pro and she said they had both. However, she instructed me to follow prompts on my app to have the phone shipped. I just followed through the prompts thinking that was what I had to do. I said "Okay, it's ordered." She just told me "Okay" while she had her head rested on her arm & giving all the bad posture...I waited for a minute thinking I was going to be given further instructions until I asked if that was everything and she said yeah. Usually people at least tell you when that was the end of the transaction so you're not sitting there wasting time. I walked out in a hurry, and ended up canceling the order. I literally could have done this at home but more-so wanted to take home my upgrade today , so all that's left is the CS experience.

This is the worst customer service of any Verizon store I’ve been to. The guy today with the dreads literally avoided eye contact with me and did not say anything to me . Nobody else speaks to you when you walk in. You’ll be standing looking stupid for 20 minutes. I would not come back here . Very unacceptable, unprofessional, and ghetto!! You do not have to service me right away, I understand that, but at least acknowledge that I’m there . You guys have no idea how to run a company where it matters most and that’s the customer experience.

Update: In response to the reply, win me back? REALLY? After all I typed that is the response? No mention of fixing this, just winning me back. NO. I was with you all for 20-plus years, and this is horrible. I called Verizon today, and no one can send me my bill other than another week via the mail.I came in and asked for/about my final bill a week ago, last Saturday. I came to Howell Mill because I recently closed in the area, and I switched my phone to AT&T for a bundle deal. The staff member (brown skin and curly, natural hair) seemed to be confused. I told her I was left on hold when calling customer service, so I came up there. I informed her that AT&T would be paying the early termination fee and that I needed the bill. She told me I would receive a bill in the mail to pay. I asked if she was sure. This morning, $551 came out of my account. On the normal day my payment is due, but once again, I was told it would be different because my account is closed. The due date should have been the 17th at that. I cannot access anything anymore and cannot reach anyone without long waits, so I trusted her. If you aren’t sure, why not check? What if I didn’t have it? I am pissed, and I will make sure management and corporate knows about this. Please, no generic response. This should have been handled better.

I give this place 0 stars if I could! The customer service is horrible! Everyone is rude and the manager is super rude! I went there to pick up a phone I ordered. Got there and they were out. Ask them if they could call another store and they just became so blunt and rude. We do not do that. We do not call other stores! How about provide some excellent customer service and not trash! Y’all need to get like the Johnson Ferry location. They are very customer friendly and put the customer first! Do not go here unless you want rudeness!

My apartments use fetch- so the shipping and mailing address is different. Verizon was a complete nightmare to work with over the phone. The Verizon Rep for my building said to go here to get it resolved. After 40 minutes of bad and distracted service the manager asked - why don’t I use a different company - so that I don’t have to go through the pain customer service was putting me throughRecommending a different carrier - instead of resolving the problem is for sure … “different”I would 1000% not recommend Verizon -I would 1000% not recommend this store

Kennedi is absolutely great, she goes over and beyond to make sure that the customer is completely satisfied. I started service and was on the verge of cancelling due to lack of communication and understanding the process that was afforded me. I truly appreciate great service and I got it. #promoteher #thankyou

This location has a manager Adam that does not like to help his customers who maybe African American. As a Verizon customer for years I was extremely disappointed and ashamed for anyone else that may have had to deal with his ignorance towards Minorities. Yesterday 6/26, I went into the store for a new phone case unaware of my exact phone model. The store manager Adam extremely dismissive said he could not help me as I was showing him my phone! After asking again. He then proceeded to tell me I must go to my setting to find the phone. It is a new iPhone 13 Pro Max. Anyone working with phones would know that important information just by looking at the phone (As the person who helped me shortly after I finished with him also stated). He then viewed the model information and walked off as if I wasn’t there. As I proceeded to ask him what is going on he said he was going to find the case. Once I stated I would let someone know of his mistreatment he acted as though I was then his concern! The level of disrespect I felt was as if he was trying to purposely disregard my presence for help. I will no longer be visiting this location and may switch my services! Do not let him treat you as if your not as important or his equal!
