Tried calling three times the Avalon store and kept getting the call center. I asked to speak directly to the store they would disconnect me.

The worst experience ever!! I thought I was coming to a high end and experience salon and was very disappointed I asked for a senior hair colores his name Juan I showed him a pic what's I wanted and when it was all done and said I got a permanent style I didn't want and my highlight are patchy and to fix it he said I had to come back he had another appointment like I didn't matter my service was Ganna run me about $260 and I would be fine paying that if that's what I'm getting u pay for what u get not in this case someone els might have a better experience but I do NOT! Recommend them ur better off going to a cheaper salon
