Pump stopped at $50, but preauthorized $100. Receipt didn't print at pump. Panhandled INSIDE the store as soon as I walked in the door. Terrible smell despite the tremendous amount of incense. Very dirty.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The owner of this Valero location is a bigot, beyond rude, and verbally abusive. Oh yeah, the pumps/buttons on the pumps DO NOT WORK. Once I figured this out, I went inside to tell the owner of the store that my pump was inoperable; I AGAIN paid with my credit card inside of this dirty, dirty, dirty Valero. He then demanded me to move pumps, so I did. Guess what? This one didn't work either. So I went inside AGAIN to inform him of this issue; he then SHOUTED AT ME IN FRONT OF THE ENTIRE STORE, shooed me away as if it were my fault that his pumps were defunct, and, worst of all, he REFUSED TO REVERSE THE TRANSACTION. So, in essence, this guy stole my money, treated me like a derelict (like the drug addicts he allows to loiter/harass paying customers for money), and no one with a modicum of self-love should ever step foot in this gross hell hole. What a shame.
