I had a great experience purchasing my rockstud pumps here.Lady who worked here was very friendly and gave me few heel tips without me asking.Also she helped me to try several other shoes in few different sizes without hesitation and smile on her face.

I bought a pair of 1k heels to be shipped to me in California for an event. They came late, and they were the incorrect size. So I had to scramble for shoes at the last minute. In spite of this mishap, I still wanted the shoes, so I returned the wrong size and waited almost 3 weeks for my shoes. They never came, so I called the store. My rep left the company, and they dropped the ball and had no record of my return. I DID and provided my tracking number. Miraculously, they found my return and the replacement pair. This would have never happened if I hadn't called, I would have never seen my shoes. (BTW they charged my card for the shoes even though they were returned and never credited my account I paid off the bill before i received my shoes) I had to call several times even speaking to a manager before the new pair was shipped and after almost 2 more weeks I finally got my shoes. No credit or anything for the inconvenience or the inability to wear them for the intended event. Worse of all, they ghosted me when I asked for compensation for my inconvenience and the bad customer service. This is a high-end store that has a low-end mentality. I still haven't worn the shoes. They don't make me feel good anymore. I'm not going back. If I were you, I'd skip the Valentino shoes and go across to Tiffany and Co. The service is much better, and jewelry lasts longer.

I bought a pair of heels and they broke 2 months after purchasing them. I brought them back into the store, only for them to tell me it would be over a MONTH for me to have my shoes repaired or be provided with a new pair. I have gotten no follow up, no ETA, and no apology from anyone. This is appalling customer service and quality for a 1k pair of shoes. I’m so disappointed and couldn’t wear them to the wedding I purchased them for.

This staff member who seemed to be the manager was rude and made us feel unwelcome. No wonder the store was so empty compared to others when we went there. Will never go to this Valentino ever again.

Was warmly greeted and met by friendly staff upon entering. The girl that helped me was ok. Something about her spirit was off and I could feel it in her tone, which is why I'm giving 4 stars. The boutique was squeaky clean and looked so nice. The girl (and I didn't bother remembering her name because as I said .... something about her was a little odd) that started off helping me was called to the back by the manager to help unload an order of shoes that had just come in. So one of the friendly male sales reps finished assisting me and rung me up. It was his bright smile and super willingness to attend to me that saved this experience and made it a 4 star. I think of the girl had of assisted me to the end, I would of end up giving it a 2 star. He personality was .... well, she didn't really have a personality.

Not the experience I expected in a boutique after having such amazing experiences at others. I was brushed off after explaining that I was directed to them by Valentino customer service regarding problem with a pair of shoes I purchased this year in Paris but was told in the boutique that they would not assist me. I certainly will not be visiting this boutique again.

This is by far the WORST luxury shopping overall experience that I have ever had. I have been a customer of the store for five years and generally received great service until February 2019. I had sent in four pairs of Valentino pumps to be repaired (all four pairs had been purchased at the boutique in addition to clothing and handbags) - I was told it would be a month or so regarding turn around on the repair. It is now December and I haven't received one pair of the repaired shoes that I had sent in. I have called a total of 37 times trying to get information regarding the status of the repair starting in April - December. Each time, the manager is not in and I never receive a phone call back. Once I did get in touch with the Manager Katie, she had zero knowledge of my 37 calls/messages, and zero knowledge of my four pairs of shoes and the repairs being made to them. At one point a sales associate told me they LOST my shoes and could not locate them and I must have sent them else where to be repaired. Yep - you read that right. Finally after possibly locating my shoes, Katie the manager promised to overnight the shoes to me to have the very next day. That was THREE WEEKS ago and no shoes. I have called, left messages and no one will return my calls. This is by far the WORST level of customer service imaginable. Such as shame for Valentino to manage a store this way - I will NEVER SHOP with the brand again. period.
