Very poor service. Apparently, they only have one counter employee, so when they leave for lunch they leave a hand written sign on the door saying when they will return.That is NO WAY to treat your customers or your employees!Update your website to tell us what the REAL hours are.

Although there was no indication, the worker said that they were closing for lunch from 1:30-2:30. I arrived at 1 PM and was turned away. I understand needing a break but they should have more than one person working. Very frustrating when I left work to send something.

Unexpected closure for lunch in the middleof the afternoon. I arrived after they should have reopened and it was locked up tight. Exact “lunch” Closure time is not consistent, nor is it reflected in hours posted online. Forget calling to check ahead of time - you can’t get through.

They take an unscheduled lunch break in the afternoons and they close down for an hour and you never know when they’re taking it. They just stick a sticker up on the door.

Don’t try to mail packages here between 1pm - 3pm! USPS, if you’re going to have one guy running the place, then please have his lunch break reflected on your hours!!! It says 9am-5pm, but this is never true. The middle of the day is always hit-or-miss.

The agent seems very polite. Something to note is that they do not have set lunch times and only one associate. Be mindful if you show up during a time when it's closed and need to go to the counter for whatever reason.

No counter service — a delivery man said, “he might be at lunch.” No notice left of lunch closure. No weighing machine in the lobby. Two of the three mail slots taped over. Looks dingy and nobody to help.

9:45. Went to drop off package. No one there and metal gate closed . Waited 20 mins. Still no one there. Postal employee in USPS car comes out. Has no idea why place isn’t open. Goes inside and shuts door. Gets better. They also break and close doors over lunch hour. Wonder why we taxpayers continually have to bail out this “service.” And they clearly don’t read their own reviews. What a way to run a business. Small wonder they’re getting their clock cleaned by private industry
