The worst post office on the planet in the middle of the day they close at 2:30 p.m. no sign on the door no information and when you do use this post office the customer service is horrible

RANDOLPH is one of the worst employees I have ever dealt with in life and at the Usps! I came to the post office for a change of address change and there was an issue with my change of address . After scanning my become she shrugged her shoulders and said " can't help you" I said well is there anything that can be done and she just shook her head and said I don't know what to tell you I asked is there someone who can tell me who i can reach out to correct this?She responded "if you don't like it you can reach out to my supervisor at the crown road location". I said this is horrible and she responded and said "your horrible " ghetto ghetto and more ghetto ! This is a TERRIBLE representation of the federal government! We need more qualified customer service representatives at the united states postal service !

I filled out a request of change of address form on 03/14/2024 those lazy a** people waited to the last day of the month to update everything caused me to miss my paycheck that's why we need Trump back in the office pictures of lazy people like this that don't give a damn about nothing but themselves

I’m so dissatisfied with this post office. One time I came & the front counter was closed, had to go to hapeville post office & there were people there bc of Main Street post office being closed. I’m here now in the parking lot just fed up bc the doors are locked. If y’all are short staffed, please put a link on the door for careers. Some people out here will actually do their job.

Stop by at 3:20 to drop off a package on a Monday, and the post office was closed. The gentleman walked out and said somebody should be back in about 30 minutes...wow
