hey atlanta congrats on being the worst post office across the usa! completely 'losing" packages more than anywhere else and having PRIORTY mail delivered 2 weeks late! who even does that?

If I could give 0 stars I would. I hate that any of my mail ever has to go to this location. This is the 2nd time I’ve ordered something and it’s gotten stuck here. A 300 dollar order currently sitting in their post office and has been for 6 days now, I can’t even make a missing claim case until 15 days I am beyond infuriated !

Paid extra to have my package delivered fast and somehow the package didn’t arrive on time. Once I got my package it was beat up and didn’t arrive in the condition it was supposed to be in.

Dear Truckers use Crown Rd make right to access entrance as google shows. Don't use Southside Industrial PKWY for truck entrance. Gate is closed as of 07/28/2024 for long period it looks like.

Good service, although they are short staffed. I'm just glad that they are open so late, even on Sunday. Plenty of parking.

Very slow service with only two people working, the line was out the door. The supervisor was even working but that was not enough. They seemed to be on very slow pace for it ti be the first of the month.

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. There were 15+ people in line and I waited about 45 minutes just to get to the front and they had no cash or change with only two workers who move slow. I’m not understanding why they don’t have a sign saying they are not accepting cash or they don’t have any change. Waste of my time smh

A really bad experience. We have an appointment for passport documentation for April 19 at 5:15pm. We arrived at 4:50pm and the place was closed with a note in the door saying that they were out for lunch; we waited until 5:45pm and nobody came back from that lunch break, so we left. We came back the next morning and so I asked the clerk (Frederick Thompson) if he could validate our appointment since they were closed the day before, and with an bad attitude he said no because he was by himself, and I don't understand why he couldn't if I was the only client there at the time.
And my question is why would this place take appointments is they're going to be closed? We didn't receive any notification about the appointment to be canceled by the way.

Small business owners beware do not use drop off bin your customers will never receive their package. Employees never scan packages in correctly at the kiosk! Front desk ladies are rude and unprofessional. Keep in mind claims on (missing/stolen) take up to 30 days. Would not recommend it’s a UPS opened until 8pm on Marvin Miller great customer service and goes directly on truck.

WORST EVER! I bought a PO box in February and the lady who helped me sounded like she knew what she was doing cause of how fast she was trying to dismiss me from the counter. I have not been receiving any of my mail and I have been up there numerous times to talk to them and figure out why I haven’t been receiving my mail, they kept telling me that i may have used the wrong address but i used the same one the lady underlined for me to use.Come to find out TWO WHOLE MONTHS LATER!!! That the lady who helped me buy the PO box was in such a hurry that she never put my name on the box smh, and im still waiting for them to sort out all the mail to receive my mail thats been sitting for two whole months it’s ridiculous honestly
