The fact that I have to give them one star when they don’t even deserve that is upsetting. USPS is like the Popeyes chicken of the delivery services. I have been waiting for over two months for my child passport that was shipped to this facility and I have never received it instead of them trying to really track down the address which happens to be a PO Box they decide to put on there that I have moved and I did not leave no address however a week prior I got her birth certificate back. So now I’m trying to track down her passport that is somewhere in Pittsburgh or Pennsylvania at the moment. I have called customer service. I have been up to the place twice with no help these incompetent rude disrespectful people that call their self employee working in customer service should all be retrained or fired. It’s absolutely ridiculous that we have to deal with the mess that comes along with the post office. I mean, seriously it wasn’t coming to my actual house. It was going to my PO Box how lazy could you be to not take it to a PO Box that’s in your facility.

Appt. Was at 10:30pm. Came at 9:00 pm. They turned me around from property. Didn’t allow to stay 1h , despite they had a lot available room. And there are no parking around especially at evening. Very, very rarely gives 1 star to anybody.

Still waiting for the package arrived at Maynard jackson facility since 28 Jun 2023 based on the tracking system. Submitted two inquiries, and they were closed with no resolution.

Some post hubs are great for pick ups and deliveries. This is not one of them. Been waiting at the door to be loaded for an hour now, still haven’t started on me. I am, however, expected to run this a thousand miles straight.

Same as everyone else’s experience: packages arrive here, get scanned in, and then never leave the facility. Nobody ever answers the phone and when you go in person they blame you or the shipper instead of looking for the package.

This is not the first time that my package (from Amazon) was sent here and has been late. My package has been delayed for 2 days (has been sitting here for 4) and I have not had any updates on it at all. Another package of mine was here for a week after the delayed date before I decided to cancel. I feel like they have been messed up since Christmas and they need to get straightened out.

Mail is scanned as departed. The next destination is about 1 hour away. Tracking after becomes "in transit" arriving late every day after. Contact to figure out whereabouts and why mail does not arrive is impossible, and investigations if they even occur show no results. Hire honest people.
