Whoever the mail carrier was that delivered mail on 8/19/24 at the City Park apartments on Fairburn Rd was very rude and unprofessional. I greeted her with "Good morning," but she was unnecessarily rude. The post office should provide better training for their employees, including etiquette training.

I dropped a prepaid priority package at the counter this morning, and it was never scanned into the system as received. Now I have to take time off work again to go back and find out why.

Ms.Graham who worked Wednesday 3/27/2024 between 4:00pm and closing has an atrocious attitude. She refused me a post master or supervisor after providing vague information on why she could cash my money and why I couldn’t get the physical copy back. She sent me off with a scanned copy of the money order with the receipt & the address to another postal office to speak to a supervisor without my money order. Very loud ghetto behavior instead of taking a step back to do the research to make sure she took the appropriate steps. She also stopped yelling when I told her I was a federal employee as well meaning I know there’s procedures for my issue that can be resolved she just didn’t want to do it. I went back into the line and upon being her next customer she tells me to wait for her supervisor…… (prior I was told there was none ) She claims her “supervisor” was the one who called postal police however thank you to the officer who took action it’s a shame it takes the postal police to show or make you DO YOUR JOB and shame on the other clerk who sent me back to her even though she was problematic.

By far the worst post office. Lady at the desk is so rude, unhelpful and lazy. She had a bad attitude towards every customer and made simple task of obtaining PO Box hell. This post office needs a clear out of staff

Great staff working here at this location…honestly customers not prepared when they approach the counter is the reason for the slow moving lines!

Update 9/2023Incredibly lazy staff. Illegally put my mail on my car windshield, exposed for anyone to take. I will be filing a formal complaint as this is unacceptable!!!!!!!12/2022 Initial sympathy 5 star ratingI hate leaving bad reviews for local businesses because it makes our communities look bad in comparison.If an envelope states in bold letters “DO NOT FOLD,” please stop folding up my graduation pictures and diplomas and hire some people that can actually read. Y’all ridiculous ??♀️

Please keep the tall African American gentleman at this location his customer service is decent… all the other employees are complete TRASH and shouldn’t work with the public at all!

Diana Lloyd is the sole reason I will continue to come back to this location. She is always a delight and gives excellent customer service. I know working at the post office is difficult because of the customers who come in demanding this and that, but Diana is never fazed by it and keeps a cool attitude. Please keep her around!

It’s a shame this location actually makes you pay 1.75 just to tape the free label on your package anything to make money sad and pathetic!!
