If I can give a zero I would! The African American bald guy was extremely rude. I’ve ever experienced anything like that in my life. He made a really nasty remark when I was living out. I am not pleased with the service I got today! AT ALL!

The absolute rudest people work here. I put my prepaid packages on the counter and got yelled at. They can’t even speak to you nicely as a person. They have to yell rudely. No accountability on their behavior. It’s the post office so someone they are able to do whatever they want which is absurd.

Best post office I’ve ever been to. Robert and the staff were very professional, cordial and patient with my many complex needs. I am very impressed and changed from another post office. I hope this location gets the federal funding needed to update the building structure though.

Worst post office in ATL! They never adhere to hours posted and just make up there own hours and rules. Rude and uneducated employees across the board here. Drop box for packages is always locked in both lobbies. I went in to drop off pre labeled package from kiosk and the bald black man would not take it telling me to put it in the locked cage cart or locked drop.
I'm so tired of hearing about "employee shortage" and using it as an excuse for lame service. USPS needs to get their act together.

ROBERT IS VERY DISRESPECTFUL IDK WHO THE HELL HE THINKS HE IS. I can in to look up my PO Box number and he literally went off on me. Yelled at me like I his child. Kindly don’t come to work if you will be behaving like you go on monthly cycles. This is after a previous incident we’re Christian kept my change when I noticed I came back to ask for it. He lied and said he gave it to me and refused to run the cameras. I stated I will open a police report that’s when I was given my money back after being disrespected by him too. It cost $0 to be a decent human being. Both of you are grown man do better

The guy was a friendly worker, quick n fast lines. might close for lunch unexpectedly when short staff. Good thing they have self service kiosk. Could clean up a little.

Horrible PO unfortunately. 9:30 on june 10, 2024 and no signs of life but supposed to be open at 9. dozen or so folks already left really pissed.
I wanted to ask in person whats up with my certified mailed passport which was sent to national passport center 4 months ago but tracking says it has never left this building.
Have to do in person because there has been zero response to cases opened online and via phone. Original mailing took 35 minutes because they were ridiculously slow to serve one customer in front of me. And they were purposely obnoxious and unhelpful in the process.
Really couldnt be worse in any way.
Try the one by the Dump instead. Completely opposite service experience there. Helpful and polite.

Good thing about this location is that they are open until 7p whereas other usps close at 5.
Bad thing: they usually only have one person working after 3pm. This means you have to wait minimum 30-45 mins to get serviced.
Also beware they usually close down prior to 7pm. So if you’re not inside by 6:30pm, there is a very low chance someone will still be working by the time you get there. So save yourself a trip

Long lines with only one person working at any time. The post office is quite unclean.
