Terrible service, if you can avoid going to this office, do it, the employees are the worst! I hope they close this office or change staff, they never help and they never know, they lost 4 packages that I sent and they didn't give a solution!

It was a horrible experience overall. My package was set to be delivered to me on 6/6/24 but it was never delivered. It bounced around all over Georgia for three weeks until I opened a case for a missing package. I initially opened the case and was told that the package was found at a post office in Decatur and it was set to be delivered soon. Then I got a notification that the package was delivered but to an address in Decatur, GA and I do not live there. I received an email stating that the label had a Decatur address on it and not mine. I reached out to the merchant and they verified that the package was sent to me and my address so they do not understand why the package didn't get delivered to me. When I initially called the first time I was told by the lovely woman who assisted me that she could see my address on file for this package. I received a call a few days later from a Pamela Senior McClary who was very nasty. I was explaining the situation and she stopped me mid-sentence to tell me that the merchant sent me the wrong tracking number and the label had a different address on it. I asked them how was it originally delivered to me on 6/6/24. She couldn't answer that and kept telling me that I was the wrong, person whose $200 package never showed up. I told her I thought the delivery person on 6/6 stole my package and changed the label but she said it was impossible. How? You couldn't find the package for 3 weeks and that is impossible. She hung up on me and was disgustingly rude. I honestly don't understand how nasty the staff is here in Georgia. I lost my package and she made it seem like it was my fault. I am now terrified to order anything else that has to be delivered to me because what if this happens again? Your staff was useless and they told me my package and are covering it up. I would give everyone who worked on this case a 0 out of 10. USELESS!

They misdelivered my package to another resident's locker and refuse to assist! The resident denies getting the package, but the parcel company has proof it was delivered to the wrong locker! The carrier is claiming they cannot recall if they misdelivered it because it was "so long ago"..... this is not a sufficient response or a resolution! I am very upset and disappointed. I need a refund!

I have already lost several packages worth more than 60 dollars, they leave a note and when I go they tell me that they have already collected it and they never deliver it. Sometimes they did not want to attend to me. Now I am waiting for a video game and in 15 days they have not been able to deliver it. be aware that it is in distribution

Edited to add: I went back two days later and a different employee helped me who was much more helpful and kind. They would have probably got 4 stars if I had not dealt with such a rude employee two days prior.
I rarely leave negative reviews. However, the way I was treated at this post office today was unacceptable. I was picking up a package for a business I work for and had a confirmation email with my name for pickup/redelivery. The worker wouldn’t even look at my confirmation email confirming I could pick up the package (and I had my ID and pickup form they had left in the mailbox!) She refused to let me get two words out about it and just kept yelling “nope nope nope!” at me. So how I’m supposed to pick up my package? I have everything the form left in my mailbox said I needed. This woman working was extremely rude. It was around 10:30 am on June 25, 2024. She was the only one working the front desk. I wish I had gotten her name so I could call her out. Or asked to speak with someone else/a manager. Worst post office experience I’ve ever had.

Just came at 3:40pm to mail a package on a Thursday and a sign on door that they closed due to difficulties?? And there’s a person at desk helping someone and two other staff people in line??? Really who has time to play and waist

They were delivering a package for me that needed to be signed. They put a note on my garage saying I wasn’t home. My front door is on the other side of the house. So clearly they didn’t even attempt to check to see if I was home, because I was (I work from home). I rescheduled a delivery by calling the USPS main phone line. 2 days later after the redelivery date it’s still not here. I had to call again and they created another service record. The laziness of the driver has caused me to waste over 45 minutes of my time and has delayed my package by around a week so far. Update: They were never going to redeliver the package. I had to pick it up at the post office.
