I’ve waited 45 minutes in line at this location. It has also been randomly closed when it is supposed to be open. And the USPS is wondering why demand for their services is dropping.

It is 10:20am on Saturday, July 20th. This post office is supposed to be OPEN but it is CLOSED! No signage posted on the door on why it’s closed when it’s supposed to be open. Where is the accountability for USPS?!

This post office does not know the meaning of customer service. I rented a PO box on June 20th and have not been able to access it because the lock has still not been changed. I have written to complain and Devin Lane who received my email did not seem to care that I am unable to get my mail. If you can avoid this Post Office do yourself a favor and avoid it.

I had a wonderful experience at this location; one of the gentlemen helped with my queries and was polite and friendly.

The worst experience! Rosa was working alone no big deal I get it. However she deliberately moved super slow. Sloth slow! After each customer she would disappear to the back for 3-4 minutes then return and take the next customer. Her attitude was condescending and rude. Apparently she doesn’t like her job. But why make paying customers miserable?
I purchased a money order she neglected to enter paper into the check printer. The system froze and I had to wait until her system re-booted.
It gets better we started our transaction at 4:17pm I didn't complete my transaction to 5:15 pm.
Once the system froze and she rebooted I was forced to pay again.
So now I have the original charge for the money order and other items which she is now telling me its temporary hold because the “system” didn't collect. What the card reader said payment authorized/approved.
I express my frustration and ask her why do I have to pay again. She walks off.
Her manager says your tone wont make it better. As if I don’t have the right to be upset with this poor service, treatment and lack of accountability.
I ended up paying again. I understood the logic that if it post as a duplicate charge I will have to contact my bank.
However, what if I didn’t have the additional funds.
What if I only had enough for my money order?
Especially since I’m in this predicament because of your poor customer service and failure to do your job.
Granite if Rosa was tired and worn out from working all day, when does management step in and support her? Why is there only one clerk?
This is not an isolated experience read all of the reviews of other customers who are complaining.
The manager female middle age showed up around 4:30pm to start helping. Reminding several customers as they entered “we close at 5 pm”.
The manager displays a similar attitude to that of Rosa sarcastic and poor customer service. The manager didn’t apologize for her employees behavior. Nor did she try to find a remedy to help the situation. No regard for my time or the inconvenience I experienced solely because I visited this particular Post office.
I do believe that this location should be shutdown and or condensed with another location.
The customer service aspect is missing. The work as a team mindset is non existent.
Ms. Rosa needs to find a job she loves because it’s definitely not the USPS.

The absolute worst post office in Cobb. No sense of urgency and the counter workers are unnecessarily rude. I asked the older lady the difference in certified and registered. She said “one is locked up and one isn’t.” I asked her to elaborate she said “you don’t know what locked up means?” I said no I don’t so are you going to explain? She said “no”…. She then ring up my letter mailer as priority mail. I said this is a basic envelope why am I paying $11 to ship papers regular mail? She said “you added certified tracking, you should’ve done registered” I said had you properly explained the difference when I asked I could’ve made a better decision. There’s no coincidence that she was only rude to myself and a lady before me (we are fair skinned) but for some odd reason everyone that looked like her she was slightly more polite to. This is Georgia and I understand what I’m dealing with but there’s just not need to be nasty because we don’t look the same or because you hate your job. I told her never mind and she still wanted to charge me for the envelope and I refused and left. Went to the post office closer to my job and didn’t have any of these issues and only paid $5 to mail the same document. This location needs new staff or to close down completely. Every time it’s a bad experience. It’s unacceptable.

Older lady working in the front, not attentive to customers! Very rude, I watched how she handled the lady in front of me, and it turned me away to send my package via ups. Her customer service is horrible she had earphones in and a non welcoming attitude. She over talked the lady and did not seem to be concerned of the lady issue. This post office needs to have a meeting regarding how to treat customers and who needs to be the face of this office, maybe she needs to be in the back away from customers.

What is going on with the post office. They pick and choose when they're going to be open. The website says their open, the hours on the door says their open, but they often closed. If we can't count on the location to be open when they say they will be, why is this place still in existence?

I went in on April 15 (tax day) to re-ship an international package. Talk about the worst time to go in. The line was long, and Crawford was the only one working. But man, he genuinely attended to every person in line. He never rushed anyone, always took his time to properly attend to each case, and was just an overall pleasurable person to interact with in spite of being the only one to attend to all these impatient people (myself included). He was the best. 5 stars.
(The wait may be long, but the customer service was worth it).
