Mailed a Priority Mail International flat-rate envelope from that location on a Friday at 2pm. The tracking information showed no progress for 4 business days until the next Friday following the initial acceptance by USPS. Poor service.

Arrived today at 10:50am and this is what it says. Came yesterday at 4:30pm and I assumed they left 30 minutes earlier.

They charged me for tape just to seal the box not even a bunch of tape. Meanwhile I watch them hand two guy plastic wrap to wrap tires at no charge. If you can pick another location do it. Thank you no thank you to the older lady who charged me for stupid tape.

Jesse & Diane work hard behind the counter to help their customers. They are patient and make sure to fulfill all their responsibilities per their positions. The wait time is occasionally long but the quality of service is worth it.

Incredibly rude employee (Jesse), yelled at me and did not want to provide a receipt after dropping off a valuable item (worth $1000!). He got all pissed because I did not ask for the receipt in advance. What is it going to take for USPS to take action? Just look at the reviews here. Never going back. Taking my business elsewhere.

They do not open to public on time in the mornings. Once they open they give you an attitude. Horrible customer service.

Jesse is so rude and ALWAYS talking down to me. I run a small business so I'm there 3 times a week. He has complained MULTIPLE times that I'm "giving him more work to do" because he was to scan all the packages individually and talks down to me for it. First of all, you should NEVER complain to customer that they are giving you more work to do when it's your JOB. Don't like to do it, then don't work there. I really hope he gets fired, because every time I go there, he's always rude. Why keep a rude employee that many customers have complained about?

Don’t think it was intentional but the gentleman working here- Jesse- is kinda rude for no reason at all. I wouldn’t speak to him the way he spoke to me. Other than that- I appreciate the quick service.

I recently had to ship some absolutely gigantic items from the USPS location on Chamblee Tucker Rd. and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. The team there was able to accommodate my 100' tall giraffe statue and my 200' tall Ferris wheel with ease. The staff was incredibly helpful and made sure that my items were properly packaged and shipped safely. I was impressed by their professionalism and efficiency. Overall, I highly recommend this USPS location for anyone in need of shipping large items.

Currently closed because a vehicle plowed through the glass. It's boarded up but no sign of when they will replace the glass and re-open.
