The worst location, they just close randomly for break whenever they decide leaving lines of people in the lobby waiting for them to reopen. This has happened to me 3 times in the same week.

Poor customer service, doors can possibly be locked during operational hours. Saturday waited 20 minutes after 9 am, they did not open. Went today at 3:05, they were gone on a hr lunch break since 2pm...long line of people waiting and no one showed up by 3:20 pm SMH, I left again!

It would be so helpful if they would list the hour they close online for the public to plan accordingly. I am not sure if they close 2-3 or 2:30-3:30. Waited 30 min last time for them to re-open and I already know the line for the 1 person working is a big enough wait.

If Elizabeth Lewis works at this location, she opens people’s mail and makes out checks to her name and cashes them!!! The post office needs to do better when hiring because they’re clearly hiring criminals! Do not send any bills by mail at this facility! They will find their way into someone else’s bank account!

I would like to give this location a five-star review, but I can’t. Only one register is working when there are 10 people in line. It’s insane; they could do better than having just one person at the register.

Lines can be long. It’s hard to get mail while living in Atlanta, Georgia to another destination, which is the reason why it is so much more convenient to go to another facility outside of the city!

I went to ask the person at the counter for a pre paid envelope. She was very nasty said said "you better go get your own stamps" like she had an attitude. Then she said " We dont do stamps here this place is passport only" I understand they can use post office for passports but I think they could do both as well.

How can I delivery the delivery person?
We were waiting for the certified mail from IRS. We were at home, my car was in the driveway, this person didn’t attempt to deliver our mail and just left this note in our mailbox.

Showed up at 2:30pm on a weekday and they were closed with no explanation. Posted hours showed they should have been open until 5pm. Ridiculous.
