I called down there today , and they had this robot answer talking bout an medical alert necklace, I couldn't even get in contact with them plus they have my postal number and and phone number they still sent my package back to rhe sender ?, this is just outrageous and something needs to be done, for a long time now thus has been happening, and no one has dine anything about this business.

Why do the hours say 5:00 and y’all keep wasting peoples time and gas to come here and it’s shut down at 4:00? These are the laziest employed people I’ve ever seen, and nasty attitudes too.

This is a trash post office! You can see from all the one star reviews. The lame delivery person wouldn’t put my package in mailbox so now I’ve been trying to come up here for weeks to get it. Every time I come, they are closed for lunch or closing early with a random sign on the door. I don’t know who reads these reviews but please do something about it. Idk if the workers need to go on strike or the managers need to fire people. I don’t know what the solution is but I hope that nothing of mine ever gets delivered to this post office again!!

A notable thing about tracking is it shows how inept the Atlanta, Mableton, and Powder Springs post offices are when it comes to package delivery to a P.O. Box - my package could have walked to my box in the now 11 days it’s been trapped in the USPS twilight zone.And for this privilege I pay $88 every six monthsDisgraceful

I hate when I order something and usps have to deliver it because it will come late or it will get lost and not come at all and the lady at the front desk with short hair is so rude!

I came in today and the staff was so kind and helpful. The young woman who helped me (I wish I got her name but she has a short blond haircut) was so nice in assisting me, making sure she greeted all patrons as they came in to get in line and she was so patient with me, even though I was admittedly unprepared with my package. She really made my day with her service and kindness.
