I was expecting a package on 1/16 that was marked delivered yet not dropped off. The apartment building showed me video of the mail lady dropping three packages off but none were for me. I hope nobody stole it and it comes in a few more days.

Horrible establishment. Workers never answer the door after you ring the bell. Even when you call you rarely are able to get anyone on the phone.

This is the absolute worst place I have ever dealt with. These people stole my package they claimed the carrier put my package in my mailbox which u have to have a key to enter. I checked my box no signs of my package. I called Sunday to see what happened I spoke to Kevin he was suppose to call me with good news Monday morning. I never heard from him smh. Then I went to the office in person to see what happened. I got no help at all the supervisor Alexander didn’t even have the courtesy to come and let me know what is going on. All I was told that he would go to my complex and check the mailbox. I will never go through these people again. This is ridiculous

This is not a post office. Just a sketchy impossible to get into chain link parking lot. That I parked outside of and walked to a very unsafe doorway only to be told by a lady behind a bared window that it’s a “pick up location only”. If I could give it zero stars I would.

Has anyone had anything delivered ON TIME in the last few months?? Wow. Makes me want a job at the post office, you obviously ain't gotta do anything if you don't want to. And then hit the 'could not access the delivery location' or 'business not open (even tho its a residence)' button and presto!! Miller time.

They need to close this location. Evetyoneeds to loose their job. I came here at 4:10 and the doors are locked. Previously I came yesterday and the black man didn't even give my 2nd package because he's lazy.

If I could give 0 zero stars I would. This is absolutely the worse post office I’ve ever dealt with. The carrier drivers always mark my packages business closed and every single time we’re there open. They need to hire experienced drivers or shut this loction down. It serves no purpose. The manager that worked today around 6pm was so rude and called himself trying to help. Was talking to me like I was a valued customer of theirs. Sir I understand you have somewhere to be but I need my packages that your worker marked incorrectly. I rate this place every chance I get.

This location have very poor customer service. They don't like to help people and the mail lady put my package in the wrong mail box and they said I'm responsible but they see where she scan my package 4 houses down. I still haven't been contacted and this happen in February.

This is truly the worst USPS location. They NEVER answer the phone. They should have someone who is a designated person to answer the phone and talk to customers and answer questions. I have called over 30 times on many different occasions and on different days and not a single soul has answered. They let the phone ring ring ring. I don’t understand what exactly they’re doing at this location if they aren’t working? Very unprofessional, loses packages and not doing their job.

The rude postal workers here would not give me my package and it's on hold here. Called the usps number and they confirmed it's here. Well I've now moved out of the country and couldn't get my package. If you don't like your job find another one!
