I’ve had awful experiences at most of the other local USPS offices. Just a lot of less than kind people working these days. This one however, is immaculate. It’s clean, and the ladies working behind the desk are always very sweet. They also validate parking for free for 30 minutes.

Place is a joke, don’t follow posted “lunch hours”
Imaging closing for 2 hours a day during an 8 hour day
Horrible

quick service! it's important to note they are usually closed from 2-3pm for lunch break, so don't waster your time going around then

There’s no way of knowing either on the USPS website or Google Maps that this location is closed 2-3 PM every day. They can’t be bothered to be open for even 8 hours a day. Remember: they hate you.

Regularly receive mail for surrounding neighbors. I also receive mail for same street number but different streets. And most of the time I don’t receive mail for me at all, especially when it’s something expensive. I assume it’s stolen by workers or delivered to the wrong address.

5 STARS NO DOUBT. Overdue review, but after experience today I had to write a review. I've always had a fantastic experience using this location. It's clean, efficient and living in Midtown, it's super convenient.
Sometimes it's busy, and I've only ever seen 2 people working, but cannot expect a small USPS service to fully staff, so expect a wait. Just expect it, and if there's not, then appreciate it.
They do their best to handle all the customers, efficiently and professionally. Ms Black is stand out to me, as she has been wonderful, professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and kindly personable. Again, don't expect anyone to do more than their job - if they do, APPRECIATE them.
I don't know why this location has poor reviews, but from a Midtown neighbor, I am grateful and appreciative for this location!

PO staff has been always great and friendly. Location (just like other USPS) is understanffed during some peak hours. Location is convinient but parking can be tricky, for example, during heavy traffic hours, it's hard to get in and our and park (space full, empty space says valent only otherwise tolled).
Parking attendant is horrible (one time there was a machine reading error, and staff refuse to come to assist, and just keep talking on telecom and challenge my math. and it turns out that they are in the wrong about the addition of the timing, no apologizes whatsoever) This has nothing to do with the post office but I do prefer the old USPS midtown location.

If you are looking for unpleasant customer service and nightmare parking, then you are going adore the confusing access of this Midtown gem.

Customer take note... they close from 2:00-3:00; I wasn't aware of this before walking THREE BLOCKS with two heavy packages. To make matters worse, I arrived at 1:50 and they were ALREADY CLOSED which is why I am leaving 1 star.

Beautiful, clean USPS post office, well lit, organized and efficient. The young lady servicing the front desk was super efficient and answered every question people asked her- she really knew what she was doing and had a big smile. She kept the line moving quickly. Wow, what a pleasant surprise and experience! The entrance is a little hard to find because it is on the back of the building on Juniper (not on Peachtree St).
My new USPS office when in ATL from now !on.
