This post office is ridiculous, they have somewhat of a stank attitude and don't seem happy to have a job/career. I hate that this is the closest postal service near me.

Only allows 4 people in at a time. Only has one employee working and super long line. Also closes in the middle of the day for an hour or more. HIRE MORE PEOPLE, it’s the west end where people actually need jobs ?

I got a delivery in a parcel locker at my address, but the Mail lady didn’t leave a key so I can get the package. Then they basically lied about sending someone to check the locker for my package. I filed a claim and waiting to see if I can get a refund. And a while ago they put my package in the wrong mailbox. That issue was resolved but the workers at this location don’t know what they’re doing.

I have waited patiently for a social security check which is for someone else. I got clear understanding that it was mailed out but the post office must have stolen it. I hate to use that phrase but no one seems to take the situation seriously,

This place is absolutely horrible. Ashley, the manager, is absolutely incompetent and should not be employed in any customer service agency. I’ve reported her so many times, a spiteful woman who clearly is projecting her awful life on to everyone else.

My W’2 was posted on my daily post on yesterday January 23, 2024. They are on my list for delivery. So I said maybe they will come tomorrow. They were not delivered today. I pray to God that my W’2 was not put in someone else’s mailbox. These are my daughters W’s 2’s Ayana Jennings. I am expecting a speedy response. The worst thing is when you call you get an automated system to speak to and then it’s gonna take up to 3 business days for someone to call you back!

I totally agree with all the comments I read. They are extremely rude and unprofessional and there is no way management is managing these workers appropriately. I stopped by one morning and they opened the doors 30 minutes late and the worker had the nerve to have an attitude with the customers. When I told her she should have apologizied for this she deceided she was not going to wait on me. Terrible workers, terrible customer service.

This place is horrible. Customer service told I could pick up my packages on this location but when I got there the lady was just blaming me for putting my old address. I know I put my old info and that is the reason I called customer service to look for a solution and everything I got it was attitude from these ladies. I only told her that customer service told my package was there and she got so defensive like she owns this place. People like must be so unhappy.

Their hours here on weekends are constantly changing. Makes it hard to plan ahead.
