The lady working the front desk at this post office was friendly, kind, and efficient. There was only one staff member and a line, but it moved quickly.
In general I do not like USPS, but only use it when I have to (such as mailing in passport application). I would rate USPS overall as a 0/5 as they constantly lose my mail, but want to give todays lady at this location credit.

Had a great experience today! The clerk was very helpful and friendly. She was the only one working but was getting through customers very efficiently. Recommend getting there in the morning for less of a line.

Postal woman was an absolute hag. Would not accept a 20dollar bill to pay for my postage. Apparently US tender is not acceptable anymore...

I recently visited the post office and had a wonderful experience with the clerk. She was exceptionally friendly and helpful, efficiently handling my numerous envelopes with ease. I truly appreciate her dedication to providing quick service. It's rare to encounter such exceptional customer service, and I wish every USPS clerk could be as competent and pleasant as she was. Additionally, I noticed a positive change regarding homelessness in the area surrounding the post office. While I had seen homeless individuals there a few months ago, it seems that the situation has improved significantly since then. Overall, my visit to the post office was not only productive but also heartening to see positive changes in the community.

I mailed hundreds of pages of important immigration paper with this post office, using Priority Mail. The expected delivery date is today. However for the past 3 days, the tracking has been showing "Acceptance", the status at the exact time I dropped the mail. NO UPDATE WHATSOEVER! Where is my stuff??? Is it still somewhere lying in the post office?? Is it thrown away like garbage by some incompetent worker?? This is appalling and unacceptable!! Avoid USPS, avoid this post office like plague!!!!

Insanely rude. The woman at the counter looked at the stack of letters with postage I brought in and said “so what? You’re dropping these off?” to which I replied “yes”. She then rolled her eyes and threw them on the counter behind her. Awful, rude and unwarranted behavior.
