Saw this station on the news about someone who was routinely loosing important mail like checks..................... Recommendation get at ups box at a nearby store.

The level of customer service has definitely gone down since the lady-with the dreads that ran front counter ride gone.
The service is slow I came in today and the gentle men in the front say it’s no stamps and he can’t sell me anything because there wasn’t a clerk to service me and he was very rude. I want be back again. I have tried to be patient with them but it’s always something with this location. I will be sending this John Osoff.

Great attitude, love coming here in my neighborhood. No one in the area wants to work though. They come to work and then quit next 10 year. Lots of strain on the manager.

Literally never open. They are so short staffed yet never hiring. It’s ridiculous and a sad representation of the west side.

The short, high yellow lady with braids has the WORST customer service. I don’t understand why she is nasty after realizing it’s her fault for not explaining her information correctly as an employee. I’ve wasted gas and money to come up here and she was no help at all.

The level of customer service has definitely gone down since the lady that ran front counter retired.The new clerks are very dry and it comes off very rude. I dread having to use this post office for anything. And they never have stamps either

I went this morning (4 days before Christmas) looking for a missing package. The ladies were so kind and helpful, looked for several minutes for my package and called my postman to verify it was with him to be delivered today (it was!). They went above and beyond and were so kind when I know they’re swamped!!

Our regular mail carrier retired. The mail is going in the wrong boxes spoke to a young lady driving a supervisor's vehicle and told her about too much mail in the wrong boxes and she replied will just wrap it up with a rubber band too much mail mail on top of the mailbox left out. 5 years at this address and we've never had a problem like this too much mail left unsecured. WhyCarriers are not taking the time to read the names on the mailboxes they're just putting in mail with the address.

The staff was very friendly and helpful to me. They went above and beyond to assist me in locating my mailbox number. My mail carrier Tim was the nicest guy! He ever stayed longer past his shift to assist me in locating it. I’m glad this PO is so close to my residence! By the way, the lines move fast there too!
