Horrible management and proof that even with a senator trying to push things along they still are horrible. My package left and came back to this distribution center 3 times in 2 days and it held live animals. I still cannot get a proper tracking on so most likely they are dead. By far the worst operation in the US.

Wish I could give no stars. Had a package that was supposed to be delivered on the 5th. It was an extremely expensive musical instrument. I'm losing money every day I do not have it. Filed a missing package but I don't expect to get far. At least it was insured.

I am still waiting on a package that was supposed to be delivered on Aug 3, I keep getting notification that my package is coming but it is saying moving through network and arrived late, this has got to the worse post service ever to lost someone package and I have been waiting since the end of July for this package, something really needs to be done about this and asap!!! :(

Attn Senator Ossoff, thanks for your efforts to improve operational efficiency at the Postal Sevice. The failure to deliver mail on time if at all is part of a a more generalized set of failures in postal management. I traveled quite a distance to arrive at the Peachtree street location only to find them closed at 2:30 PM on a Monday. I arrived to pay for postal services and even checked federal law to make sure I would be statutorily sound (I carry). I can’t believe EVERYONE working from this location takes lunch at the same time everyday. Is this a developed country and is Atlanta capable of providing a conscientious and effective work force ????

A very special package of mine that I shipped was never delivered. It was months ago now, but at the time, I filed the missing package claim, did the whole 9 yards, but gave up. Decided to try my luck one more time today, a few month later, after my missing mail request expired. Went to the USPS location I originally dropped it off at, I was given the customer service line. Called the line and after an hour wait, was told very plainly that there’s nothing else they can do due to time passed. I live in Augusta, so my package would be processed at the ATL distribution center. This package was VERY important to me, I’d do anything to get it back, but it seems it’s gone forever. Thanks.

Look, I paid to have a package delivered. Get off your buttons and do your jobs. It's been 2 months and I can't get anyone on the phone and my package is still sitting at this place.

This post office is VERY hard to find, the location is the reason I’m taking off a star.
The experience we had at the counter was worth 5 stars - whoever was working today was absolutely wonderful to my 7 year old. He wanted to send something to his grandmother, insistent to do it himself he went to the counter without me. I still listened in and the clerk was exceptionally patient and helpful to him. It was most appreciated

Why haven’t this place been shut down yet? I sent out a package to Fl 5 days ago the package made it here and just been stilling in transit. This is not ok I already missed the flight for this package I’m so ashamed of Atlanta usps wow. Really need to shut this place down

its disappointing to learn that your trust in an operation like the USPS is misplaced. one of the characteristic that use to separate America from most of the world is its postal service! The ATL operation is has moved to the top of my list of missed managed US operations. St ill waiting for a package paid for to be sent overnight. i leave 2morrow returning home. looks like I'm gonna miss the package I expected to be delivered to my hotel TODAY.
