“I was a little bit weary when I came in and Ruth was available due to some of the reviews on her but I had the best experience working with her. She was professional fast & straight to the point. She was very transparent through the entire process and she handled me with grace. Idk, maybe some of the reviews caught her on a bad day or some of the reviewers were having a bad day. But for me, and my situation of rebuilding my life, she was exactly who I needed to assist me and I got exactly what I came for. Definitely recommend.
Four stars because the wait was ridiculous. I spent 4 hours here & they have you sign documents on the computer & you cannot fast forward through it. They did not work with a sense of urgency once I was approved. Closing took way too long, and it left a bad taste in my mouth. Still overall happy with my purchase.”

“RBM Roadside Technician, Jordin Mendez, was extremely helpful to me. He was able to get to me a few minutes before he said would. He has a very uplifting personality. He is well trained and knowledgeable about his trade. I had two issues yesterday. My battery was not working. First, we jumped started the car. After a 25 mile "charging" drive, I turned off the car and it didn't start again. I called Jordin and he came back as quickly as he could - about 20 minutes. He got the car restarted. Jordin and my Service Manager had appointment already set for me when I got there. What a great team at RBM!”

“I have a 2005 Chevy Tahoe and in the few times I've needed more serious repairs they were able to diagnose the problem when other service providers could not. It definitely costs more than other places but I also know the repairs will be done right with not future problems. The truck should last me another 7 years easily.”
