The lady at the desk is terrible at her job! All I needed was a transcript that took a few minutes to print out, but she called everyonebehind me in line first. I was the first one in the building and the first one in line, but I waited an hour to be called because she called literally everyone else first. So annoying.

Wonderful experience at the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Taxpayer Assistance Center. Very helpful and professional staff the at the center. I visited with my family this morning, they discussed and processed everything very meticulously. Special call-out for 'very helpful' - Ms. Lawrence, she was great!

I have called them and they said there are extended hours on Tuesday and Thursday, and I am informed, I can go without appointment. After going there travelling 27 miles, they said, they need appointment. Very bad experience

There was no racist Hispanic lady in the front desk, very happy about that cause I don't have the patience to deal with that kind of scum, the security guy was very polite, so was the lady at the desk that took my papers, she gave me my number and in less that 5 mins i was already in an office doing my business. The lady in the office was very polite and professional. It was my first time in an IRS building and my experience was very pleasant.
