Advertise 24/7 dental service, Seniors, insurance not required, accepts all credit cards, etc., but didn't have a dentist on site the day I went about 1:00pm must park on the street and when I entered the building I was told a dentist would not be in until 6pm-12am. In a lot of pain I left and went elsewhere. I found out I had a crack molar and need surgery. How is that Urgent Dental Care 24/7 without a Dentist??

BEWARE of extra fees not being fully disclosed. I called in this morning and spoke with a gentleman named Terrance. I asked him if they accepted insurance. (We have Tricare.) He informed me that they don’t. I asked how much a physical would be. He told me that it was $100 plus then he changed it and said “oh, no nevermind, it’s $99. I then asked if an appointment was needed and he said no. I thanked him and proceeded to text my son the information. He’s away in college and needs one by a certain date. Since it was convenient and not too much, I sent him there. Afterwards, I spoke to him. He informed me that it was over $200. I called back and asked about this. Terrance answered the phone again and asked me to hold while he went to get the person that assessed him. When the line picked up again, it was Terrance trying to disguise his voice ? and asking if I had a pen. I let him proceed. I told him no. He proceeded to tell me about a provider fee of $128. I stopped him asked him why did wasn’t that mentioned during the call earlier because if I’d known that, I would’ve just found a provider during the week that accepted insurance. He said he didn’t know whom I’d spoken with earlier upon which I reminded him that it was “Terrance”. All of a sudden, his regular voice came back and he admitted that he was Terrance. He said there was no way I’d spoken to him because he’d been in the back. I guess I pulled that name out of a hat and written it down several hours earlier. Sad!

If you can afford to spend a little (A LOT) more, go here. They’re very efficient and kind. They really took care of me, and had me in and out.

I have been here a few times and can’t say enough nice things about the staff and level of care me and my family have received. Everyone is super friendly, we are always seen quickly, and the prices are reasonable. I can’t say enough good things. We will continue to go to this facility for all minor injuries and illnesses. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

Dr. Lavon Fenderson is unprofessional, rude, disrespectful and racist. I brought my 11yo in for a body rash at 11:30pm. (We’ve been to this location before and never seen this particular provider). I informed the nurse that she often gets a rash when she has anything viral. Anyone with a child knows that the pediatrician often just says “it’s viral” without naming a virus.Lavon Fendelson said literally as soon as he came into our room “She gets a rash anytime she has a virus?” To which I responded in the affirmative. He then stated “so you didn’t think to take her to the pediatrician when she gets a rash.” He is a Black doctor. My daughter and I are Black. Unfortunately, even Black people fall into the traps of racism and micro aggressions against their own people. The assumption by his tone was that I am neglectful (despite the fact that my child goes to see her pediatrician literally all the time and despite the fact that we were at urgent care at 11:30 on a Monday night). I am certain that the he accusation was not one that he would have made to a white mother especially not so cavalierly. When I brought that to his attention, he refused to treat my daughter.Call first! If Lavon Fendelson is on duty, go literally anywhere else!I will be filing a complaint with medical board!

I appreciated the quick, affordable, efficient pain management care I received while awaiting for an available appointment to have a tooth removed. However after two months of pain care I was told they would not see me again unless I had my tooth removed with them.Context:Dec. 2022 I started experiencing severe tooth pain. I went to a dentist and a maxilofacial surgeon and received and got an appointment to tooth removal… in May. By February the pain had worsened and I needed immediate care. They confirmed what my doctor said and prescribed me pain meds, amoxicillin, and an antibacterial mouthwash. They also offered in house surgery but since they don’t take insurance, it would’ve cost me about $1,000 for the two most severe teeth. However 4 would eventually need to be removed and my insurance covered all four 100% in but at the surgeons office. I told them this and accepted pain management. Knowing my surgery wasn’t until May, I ignored the recommended dosage and rationed the prescriptions and took them only as needed. A month later the pain returned worse, and I went back to their office. This time the doctor had no patience and was frustrated I wouldn’t receive care from them. I repeated the insurance situation and was prescribed more pain meds and mouthwash. However she said she would not see me again unless I was coming for surgery.A month later the pain returned at around midnight far worse than all previous times. I took the last dose of amoxicillin and pain meds i had but the pain only got worse. I did not go there because of then last conversation. I called my surgeons emergency line but was not able to reach him until 7 am. I received more pain meds and was moved up on the wait list so the back and forth finally ended. That night, having no potential solutions, created physical and personal problems. While one quick visit was helpful and affordable, not being permitted to return for care that fit my finances was emotionally damaging at minimum and physically excruciating at maxAffordability: The total cost of each visit was about $300. This is great if you do not have health insurance but make decent enough money. The night I called my surgeon I was told excedrin was fine until he was able to call in a prescription. I could have saved $200 with that information the first time I visited

I attempted to use the online telehealth service because I was out of town and not feeling well. As I tried to download what was needed to connect to the provider it said the app was not available for my phone. I tried to call the number left on my email and it was busy each time I called. I canceled the appointment through the option on the email to cancel and received a confirmation of cancelation but I never got a refund. It's not right because I would have made the appointment if there was an updated app for my phone to use to make it and if there was someone I could have spoken to in order to resolve the issue. I also sent an email but no response.

My son was seen while we were on vacation. The provider was so patient with him as he was in considerable pain and not an easy patient. He had a double ear infection and we were seen quickly, treated while in office and left with the medication we needed. Lifesavers!

UPDATE 12/11: I finally spoke to manager Larry, and he claims the employee Darrell says he never told me the business lost my labs. So on top of never getting my test results, the employee lied about the situation.Larry didn't want to give his name at the end of the call. I had to ask several times. He also now claimed my bill was $257 instead of $143 even though I was quoted $143! This is the worst urgent care visit and customer service I've ever experienced.HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, "LOST TEST RESULTS, WRONG INFORMATION GIVEN, AND BRUISE AFTER DOCTOR COULDN'T GET BLOOD!!!On Sunday, November 12, I went in for scheduled blood work. The doctor unsuccessfully tried to get blood twice, so I had a urine test. Six days later, I have a bruise on my arm from that attempt.Darrell told me when I left on Sunday I would get the test results emailed in 2-4 days. After 5 days with no results, I called and spoke to Darrell again. This time, he told me that information was incorrect and that patients are given a card with information to the online portal. I asked if I could results over the phone and then was told it looks like they never sent the urine to the lab or my test was submitted under the wrong name!!!! I got hung up on twice. The female receptionist said she'd talk to Darrell and call me back but never did.The following day, six days after the test, I called again and spoke to Darrell. He said they LOST MY TEST but that I could come back in for another test!!! I informed him it would be pointless now to have another testing, and I don't have time to come in for another test. I told him this has gotten ridiculous and I want my money back. He didn't apologize but instead hung up.Oh, and I had to pay out of pocket for test results I never got because I was informed at the appointment they don't accept insurance. It would have been nice to have known this when I made the appointment.

There were cockroaches in the building, which the nurse escorting me casually stepped on and ignored. They weren't truthful about the prices. They charged for 4 prescription despite only giving me two. Additionally they misdiagnosed me and gave me the incorrect medication for that diagnoses. I had to go to a different facility where I was told none of what they did correlated to my symptoms and the prescribed medication wouldn't had help anyway.

So I had medium to severe wheezing and visited this urgent care location Tuesday at around 22.30 left after midnight after treatment and some pills and an injection I wouldn’t state how much I paid but it was a tidy sum but that’s not the problem. The doctor prescribed some more pills and asked what pharmacy and location I’d like to collect same as I will just have to have give my name, pay and collect. These pills are to be taken together with the pills he gave me. I left work Wednesday around 10:00 and drove 30 mins to the designated pharmacy the prescription wasn’t there. I called the urgent care location where I visit and the young lady said maybe the pharmacy didn’t check their listing but she promised she’d check on it and call me. I called back the urgent care location around 16:00 and a gentleman informed me their computers were down and so the prescription wasn’t sent. Remember these pills were/are to be taken with the pills I received at the doctors office.I visited the pharmacy at 10:00 this morning hoping the prescription was there but it wasn’t. I called back the urgent care office and a gentleman promised to look into it. He called me back when I already arrived to work and said the prescription was just sent. I told him it’s acceptable, and I needed a discount or some sort of compensation. He said he understood but I gotta call corporate office for that.People don’t waste your time calling corporate office, I called 15 times and the line keep saying the lines are occupied and they’ll return the call but the mailbox is always full. Let me mention I’m still wheezing!!

They aren’t truthful about their prices until it’s time to pay, and they’ll try to get anything out of you that they can. They immediately charged me for their own medications rather than giving me the option to get a prescription sent to a pharmacy, resulting in an extra charge of $80. They also tried to give me 3 courses of treatment for a single sinus infection, which was unnecessary. I was also never told that they didn’t take any insurance until the very end, when it was too late to be able to do anything but pay full price. Lastly, the doctor didn’t even give me a proper exam! I came in for a possible sinus infection and a lot of coughing, but he never once listened to my lungs or heart.Don’t waste your money for a place who doesn’t even give proper health care!!

Terrible experience. I was visiting Atlanta from out of town and I sprained my ankle. I called this urgent care ahead of time to verify that they do x-rays so I could rule out a broken or fractured bone. I arrived at the urgent care on 9/12/23 and was advised immediately that they “do not work with insurance” and that I needed to pay the full amount for the service upfront. The man at the reception advised the cost “to be seen” was $99 and the x-ray would be $180. I was pretty desperate since I wasn’t sure about the condition of my injury, but this is definitely a predatory practice if you ask me. I waited about 30 minutes for the x-ray tech to arrive and he took 3 images. Be warned that the tech is exclusively a tech and he is unable and to explain the results to you. The tech called the imaging company that reported “significant findings” on my x-ray report, but it looked normal to the tech. The tech called the company to ask why the report came back with “significant findings” but it looked “normal” to him. The woman from the imaging company stated “well maybe it’s a mistake.” So I was told that there was nothing wrong with my ankle other than a sprain. Didn’t even get “seen” or receive an ice pack or a band or ANYTHING. Since I was not examined I only paid the $180 for the x-ray and I left. At night the pain became unbearable and I had lots of swelling. Later, on 9/14, I visited my orthopedic specialist in my hometown who confirmed that I have a broken calcaneus bone and a fracture on my tallus bone. Seriously, how is it that you visit an urgent care and you don’t have medical professionals that can properly read x-rays to you? I feel even angrier that I had to waste $180 on an x-ray that was not properly interpreted to me. This place and its business practices are predatory and they should be shut down. Truly unfortunate that I spent this money and disappointed with the quality of service.
