I just want to say how disappointed I am that you are telling me that trying to find my package was a loss. My ex has proof that two packages were walked up to the house and the wrong one was left. This was your driver's error and now are telling me that I have to deal with the shipper, very frustrated. This needs to be remedied by you and you wont handle your own error. Very poor business practice UPS

There customer services, drivers, robot help, is the worst in history. UPS has become a corporate whom they unfortunate do not even consider giving you the truth of their mistakes.

UPS delivery personnel are pilfering them as opposed to delivering parcels. The tracking numbers for my three most recent shipments were all different. The delivery date and approximate time are available on the UPS and Amazon platforms. Nevertheless, all three shipments have ceased to exist on the map and have been categorized as undeliverable, delayed, or completely disappeared. This is unlike anything I have ever encountered before the Christmas frenzy. How does a parcel that the system indicates is en route for delivery vanish from the driver's sight? My brother-in-law, who spent over three decades working for UPS, remarked that any driver can pilfer any delivery. Notifications of the delivery process and progress have been captured. As the scheduled delivery time approaches on the day of delivery, either the system notifies the recipient that the item is undeliverable or damaged, or the tracking number indicates that no information has been in the system. UPS, you must improve and demonstrate some regard for your clientele. Lastly, if your courier has committed over three suspected non-delivery incidents,Although they ought to be terminated, your organization's priority is the quantity delivered, not the quantity stolen. I contacted your logistics department or customer service, who informed me that she would transfer my call, only to be disconnected. Why should I anticipate service excellence from the Philippine representative who never documented my concern in their profile and required adequate training? Fortunately, she has created a digital footprint. UPS'S ASSISTANCE IN MAINTAINING CHEAP LABOR OVERSEAS DOES NOT CONSTITUTE EXCELLENT QUALITY OF SERVICE. It ensures that your only concern is for your bottom line to remain in the black. Your shame is upon you!

I never received my package. The picture they took as proof of delivery is a joke. There is no apartment number or letter. You can't even make out the name on the package. Show me proof of delivery to my door number and letter.

These people told me my package was going to get delivered to my house. But they only had the option of signing for the package. Well said it got dropped off. And it definitely did not. I called the general number. They don't even give you an option to talk to a representative. I called another ups location and they told me the UPS ALWAYS has people not being able to find their packages. That they mark a package as delivered and then delivery actually the next day. What an appalling service.

UPS is terrible. I had two Amazon packages not get delivered although they did not require a signature. The driver arrived everyday at 11 am when I was obviously at work. I called the supervisor 3 days in a row and was told the driver would leave my packages and he never did. I never received a legitimate reason except it is the driver's "right" to refuse to leave packages. They demanded I pick up the packages I paid $30 to have delivered. Amazon was also no help despite their guarantee of customer satisfaction! I have put in a block that UPS can never again deliver my packages and if Amazon uses them, they will be denied and I will shop elsewhere!

The worst. Hate them. I've ordered 3 packages lately. 1 was delivered to the wrong address and signed for by someone, not me. Never got it and never heard back from the dispute I filed pushing a month ago. The 2nd and 3rd package were sitting behind my mailbox, in the woods, at the bottom of my driveway. Almost as if they were tossed out without the vehicle coming to a complete stop. Luckily nothing breakable!I wish I could opt in for Fedex to deliver instead of UPS. They deliver to my front door consistently. Obviously UPS employees hate their jobs otherwise they would do better.

I routinely use UPS at 8301 Lakeview Pkwy. Rowlett TX. I use them for return of packages, copy work, notary work, faxing and more. The staff is so professional. They are always ready to assist. They are friendly and very very fast. I am so happy to have this great service conveniently here in Rowlett.

They lied and said they delivered my package to my apartment and they did not! Then told Amazon that they attempted to deliver! They don’t come to my apartment they said but lied after the fact I was in the office twice looking for my package! Very bad business !! I needed my item due to surgery and I was very disappointed at how they handled my concerns!

Hands down the worst customer service ever!!! A lady named Silvia had the worst attitude I’ve ever scene in my life. Went to pick up a package and was told immediately my package wasn’t available for pick up for 24-48 hrs because hey….the place is big. Whatever that means. No policy states that so the lady that was assisting me named Jennifer said she’d go find it then tells me to go to my car while she gets my package. I didn’t move because one this is the CUSTOMER CENTER im in and 2nd it’s 98 degrees outside and 3rd ITS MY PACKAGE!!So i stood there patiently and as i stood there the lady Silvia demanded and yelled that i go outside and wait for my package but i refused to moved. She ended up getting into another altercation with a former employees mother who was there to pick up her sons last check. After Silvia demanded security come when security arrived the lady she was yelling at left so she told him i wouldn’t leave out and that they told me to leave while they looked for my package. The security officer told me i was totally fine and that i actually needed a chair to sit in. Silvia had the worst attitude and should not be working there at all!! She was proved wrong and i will be reporting her to further management

I had the most horrible experience with UPS! Please don't EVER use them! I will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!! I shipped a package to my aunt a small package of love on July 20, 2023 from a local UPS store to Philadelphia, PA. Let's just say that after 8 address verifications, 3 googled-address verifications, speaking with countless representatives, 6 call-center managers, 4 local dispatch managers, and 2 escalation managers, the package was never delivered to my aunt in Philly! One note in the shipping details said the package was "attempted and refused" at 1:30am!!! My aunt is an older woman - she wasn't even awake to receive a package much less to refuse it!!! Then I was informed that it was being returned becauseUPS placed too many notes (as if that was my fault or my problem!). Now, the package has been returned to the local store where I shipped it and it looks absolutely awful- nothing like the way I sent it and it looked as if was tampered with or opened! And to top it all off, no one knows how issue me my refund for this debacle! Please, for piece of mimd's sake, go ship your package with FedEx or USPS - lesson learned for me -- the very hard way!

This location is absolutely trash!!! I come to pick up a package. I come to pick up a package and as soon as I get here there they have a sign on the door that says “we’ll be back shortly” at 10am! And they are open from 9am to 6pm. After they come back and look up my package, the front desk lady with the bob tells me that I have to wait outside and they will bring me my package. I express to the lady that I ubered here and that it’s over 90 degrees outside, could I just wait by the door until you bring it to me. She rudely says “NO u will have to go outside”. Now if I go out here and get beat stroke then it’ll be a lawsuit coming your way. The customer service is absolutely ridiculous and management is no better. The way you treat your customers is ridiculous!!! I am not pleased at all.

Don't believe any reviews that are above 1 star. Every 1 star review is accurate. They close their office early have an attitude upon entry...though they have chairs they will not allow you to sit. How this place remains open is a mystery. Don't bother contacting via Facebook, it's a waste of time. Every time you call you get a different answer. I wish i could give a negative star.
