I had an extremely disappointing experience at this UPS store. My package was shipped to the wrong address, which is already frustrating enough. When I attempted to resolve the issue, the manager, who I believe is named Ronak, responded in the most unprofessional and disrespectful manner. He began yelling at me, using offensive language, and told me to never return to the store. To make matters worse, he mocked my autograph, making derogatory comments about it being a “little Chinese character.” He ended the conversation with a threat to throw off my returned box as "it has lost".
I would not recommend this store to anyone. While the service might be adequate if everything goes smoothly, be prepared for the worst if any issues arise. The level of customer service is appalling, including threats to discard your returned items and unacceptable racial discrimination.
