Detailed Review:
I recently visited the UPS location in Chamblee to send a couple of documents, including my passport. I had several questions because the instructions were unclear. Becky, the employee who assisted me, was unable to provide the help I needed. After explaining my situation, I decided to send the documents with a return label from the embassy.
Becky asked if I valued my passport at more than $100, and I said no, hoping to choose the cheapest shipping option. She quoted me $40, and when I inquired about a cheaper method, she turned the monitor towards me, but I couldn’t understand what I saw. I agreed, and later over the phone, she confirmed that I didn’t refuse any options, which added to the confusion.
Ultimately, the total cost with return shipping was $82, which is very expensive for me. Before paying, I asked again if there was a cheaper option, but she didn’t respond. My American friend later explained that this price was for 2-day air shipping. I specifically requested the cheapest option since I’m a refugee and not yet a permanent resident, and it’s challenging for me to find a well-paying job.
This experience was very frustrating and financially burdensome due to the lack of clear communication and support from the staff.

I'm always greeted with friendly and helpful service, my packages get to their destination on time and sometimes early. My wait time is short which is definitely a plus.

This UPS store is great! I have been coming here for years. Becci has always helped me with my packing and shipping needs. The owner Rupel is always friendly and willing to help out. This store and her other store off of Lavista are the only UPS stores I go to.

DONT BRING ALOT OF PACKAGES HERE!!! I sold a couple of things online and made maybe like 20 small packages already with labels, and that white lady had the biggest fit of her life. She said that she could not handle it and that the store was too small for my packages. She is OUT OF HER MIND it’s the UPS Store. Fire that lady tomorrow. She probably just wants a stimulus check or unemployment so she doesn’t have to work.

Every time I go there I am greeted with friendly helpful staff. They offer suggestions on safe packaging, design, graphics and Amazon returns. Computer use available but no WiFi.
