This is the most unprofessional UPS Store I have ever experienced. They block honest reviews and post fake ones to buffer their rating. The manager claims this store is only a shipping third party and does not represent UPS directly. At this point, the manager has been impossible to work with and has lied multiple times.

Went to drop off a return and the customer service was great! I believe the person working was called Jerry and he was very nice and cool! He also had a nice playlist, great taste in music!

UPS Store has not refunded my money for
Mail box after hours on the phone with USPS to send mail here. The employees are extremely incompetent and have no idea about how the process goes in very rude over the phone with no solution and no follow up. We live in a country where businesses have more power over the consumer and this is extremely disrespectful, incompetent customer service and retail workers are on the rise and taking advantage of the consumer and they’re harder money is on the rise. I highly suggest did not come to this establishment. I got a PO Box and I returned it in two days because the United States post office cannot send my mail there with the address that UPS provided. It’s amazing to me how to build dollar companies cannot communicate and take care of their consumer. I’m on the phone with my bank trying to get a refund and they’re trying to get a hold of UPS and asking me to provide return proof documentation when UPS did provide it when I return the keys because the retail worker didn’t know how to do it. It’s wild to me how my United States of America runs and how many incompetent billion dollar businesses there actually are.

I have been using USPS for the longest time for our small business and finally made the switch to UPS. It has been the best experience with UPS. Everyone is always so friendly and scans my packages in each time. It provides me reassurance that our packages get delivered. We have never had any issues and it has been smooth sailing!

Owner has not replied to my request for shipping reimbursement of package delivered to incorrect mail to address in California 12/11/2024, I followed the ups procedure, ups shipping department opened a case number that I mentioned in a third email and still no reply regarding my request.
After the initial email request I was told the owner would reply and there hasn't been any reply.
No courtesy, no business from this now former customer.
