I was at the Jewelry show at the convention center. I had 2 crates to be shipped on Monday. I spoke to the gentleman at the UPS store Monday morning and he assured me they were open until 6 pm that evening. Those are also the posted hours. At 5.10 pm the store was locked and closed. This forced me to stay at the Waverly one more night at a cost of $180. I did not have time or a vehicle to go to a different store. The next morning I went to the store, the door was open but there was no employee. I eventually found her chatting with a security guard some distance away, I dropped the 2 crates off with prepaid shipping labels and was charged $240. as a drop off fee? This is a disgusting way to run a business. I had no option but to play by there rules and pay there excessive fees. This very poorly run business cost me an unexpected $420 plus a great deal of inconvenience. I would love to honestly talk to the owner but looking at the reviews here I expect a canned answer.

I left items at the hotel, completely my fault. The Loss Prevention took my items to the UPS Store for delivery back to me. I have called this place 13 times in the last 3 days. No answer and their voice mail is full. How do you operate a business by not answering phones or by having your VM full? Beyond frustrating...

Hoping the owner of this UPS store sees this since I am not able to contact them. I am out 500.00 - destroyed in shipping retro-computers that I had professionally packed and shipped from this location. I had 2 packages/tracking numbers and both were completely destroyed in transit by UPS. 2 computer monitors totally smashed and imploded in one package and the other had several computers smashed and destroyed including 2 laptops. The manager at this store filed one claim for one package after a lot of delay. For the second package, he never filed a claim and became unresponsive to emails and phone calls for 2 weeks. Finally I was able to file the claim myself by calling the UPS damage claim line. Then I was contacted by the UPS capital claims dept and had to send them an additional photo of the box weight rating stamp. The shipment exceeded the weight rating by 3 lbs. The capital dept then denied the claim and now the store MUST file a dispute according to them. After 2 more weeks of no response even to the claims dept, finally a different worker at this store filed the dispute while the manager was not working. Then the claim was approved and the only step left was for this store to send the check. They never did over 2 months later. Too bad the manager at this store refuses to communicate, not even with the claims dept who has been unable to get a response either! Beware of UPS, you may lose everything and they don't care and will do nothing. HIGH RISK. This UPS store has literally stolen my approved claim and UPS can do nothing about it. This business should be shut down for theft.

This location is not for public use. I think there should be some kind of notice on the maps. It is located inside a hotel and not accessible to folks without a hotel reservation.

It is convenient but it has a lot more charges than your normal UPS store. I was not impressed with the service either. It was slow and annoying. But being at the convention and needing to ship something home, it was a convenient option.

Tried to charge an additional fee for returning an Amazon package.

Was going to be charged an $8 handling fee to drop off a package that already had a UPS label on it. Absurd.

***BEWARE*** A Handling Fee is charged on all returns. I was quoted a price $19.00 to return a medium size box that was extremely light. The larger the box the more expensive. I understand they are in a hotel so they probably have higher operating margins but this was ridiculous.

Wasted 20 minutes going in this building. Needed to get two documents notarized the place closes at 3 o'clock Monday through Friday.

This Is inside a fancy hotel and convention center on the second floor and is closed. Only use if you are a guest, otherwise it isn’t worth it.
