Terrible customer service at this location. I mail at least 100 packages with UPS annually and 100% of every other package I’ve mailed has been either QR code and no box OR a label and a box - this was QR code and packed box. I didn’t know this and carried a huge and heavy box in and the woman refused take it and then said she would have to charge me $2 to use their tape. Seriously UPS??

We love this location & use it for all our shipping needs. I recently discovered they do printing & had the opportunity to work with Omar on a custom graduation yard sign. Omar was amazing & did such a professional job on the artwork! Highly recommend for your printing needs, try them out!

Worst UPS store. 4/5/24
Went to this store around 2:30p Friday. There were 4 to 5 employees working, 2 older caucasian women, one African-American man, and a Hispanic or Middle Eastern looking man. All of them saw that I was having issues pulling their website up and nobody cared to help me. They all kept their heads down or had a dumbfounded, look on their face. They have no type of customer service skills whatsoever which is disappointing for being in sandy springs. The middle Eastern looking man tried to send me to a much further location. Just rude and lack of care for their customers. Not sure if the manager of this store even cares if he or she is condoning such poor customer skills.

I go here all the time for my shipping and notary services needs. The staff is super kind and patient, they are very diligent and fast when store seems busy. Is my go to UPS spot.

Feeling pretty duped at this point. I was sending out a package for a patient and was told that if I did two day delivery it would be received on Friday (this shipped on Wednesday). It is Monday and I just got a call from the patient that they had not received their package. Made a call to this store and was told that 2 DA was not guaranteed so there is no chance of recouping the money that was spent for a service that was not received. The biggest aggravation is that I was told at the time I shipped that if I did the $50 service it would get there on Friday and if I paid the lesser option it was not guaranteed. I feel like the staff at this store is deceptive. Beware.
