GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. WILL TRY TO SELL YOU PACKAGING WHEN IT'S NOT NEEDED. SEEMS TO BE A PATTERN WITH THIS LOCATION. IT USED TO BE GREAT SHOP BUT GUESS THEY CHANGED OWNERS AND NOW IS RAN BY DISHONEST FOLKS WHO WILL LIE AND TRY TO MANIPULATE YOU INTO BUYING PACKAGING WHEN ITS 100% NOT NEEDED. I MANAGED MULTIPLE UPS STORES WHILE WORKING THROUGH COLLEGE AND WHAT THEY CLAIM IS AN ABSOLUTE LIE. WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN.

I had to visit FedEx on the last minute niche to get out a fax! Taylor & BJ were so extremely helpful they continued to retry and retry after continuous denial! Finally at last we were able to get everything processed even assisted me to charge my phone while I waited for the approval. Overall great ambiance, subtle music barely capable of hearing very earthly tones. Clean smelling store, very organized, as I have sat here I’ve witnessed amongst 10 people flow in and out seamlessly. I am down the street and will continue to visit instead of FedEx.

I prefer this UPS location as my shipping destination. While it’s no more conveniently located than the other two locations near me, I find it to be the most professional based on my experience. It’s rarely crowded when I go, and the regular employees who handle packages are polite, efficient, and excellent at their jobs. I’ve sent numerous high-value items with them in the past few years, and I’ve never encountered any issues.

I see why the reviews are bad at this ups location. A man that identified himself as the owner, denied my Amazon return because he said it was not in the right box. He said the box that it was in was the one from the seller and that they would likely want to resell the item in the same box, therefore he could not put a label on it. He offered to sell me a box and was emphatic in saying that it wasn’t because he wanted to make money off selling me a box but because the Amazon sellers don’t want labels on their boxes. It was a ridiculous reason. As an avid Amazon customer, I had not encountered this reason before from a ups store and will not be returning to this location
