Do not use this location, they operate a scam here. I had a package shipped here and after paying shipping and handling they charged me a $10 ‘fee’ for pickup. When I asked the clerk where this was published he said that “the owner says we have to.”I asked for documentation and another clerk said “pay it or we’ll send it back.”UPS needs to investigate this location, it’s totally a scam for the ‘owner’ or his staff to line their pockets.

This store is a reminder of why I usually use FedEx. Last pick-up time posted online is 6:30pm. I arrived at 6:07 and they had already done the pick-up. 4 people working there who were doing nothing, including a manager, all stared at me with no apologies or attempt to help me figure out an alternative solution. Just blank stares like they did nothing wrong. I'm a bit shocked the manager was so apathetic. I could have found another location or even a fedex to ship my items, which were a last minute work emergency. Now they won't arrive for an event.

Once again the folks at this UPS store can't be any friendlier or more helpful. I usually go in needing more guidance than most and they ALWAYS go above and beyond. For the woman doling out the unnecessary ignorance and stink eye, shame on you!! Not sure how the employees put up with such rudeness from so many!!

Please don't do business here unless you have no choice. The staff do their best to be friendly, however service and the franchise owner really make this place suffer. I've been a box holder here for 6+ years and typically come in 2-4 times weekly, so I believe I would qualify as a faithful customer. There have been occasional issues such as packages that USPS proved were delivered, but were never provided to me. After much debate with the owner - no resolution provided. Packages I sent that were returned undelivered as there was no label - yet no credit given to me when I re-shipped. This week I asked the owner for an accommodation on certifying a document for my wife, who is bedridden recovering from surgery on a broken ankle. He refused (somewhat understandable) unless he could actually "see" her. With much discomfort, we bundled her in to our car and returned to the store. He then insisted she re-sign the document in his presence. As a former bank compliance officer, she tried explaining that the State would not accept a double signed form. Essentially he was acting as a complete j**** which my very ill wife told him in no uncertain terms. He then turned his back and walked off with no explanation or conversation. I called after him repeatedly with him ignoring me. I followed him back in to the store, where he went in the back and would not speak to me. Consequently I tossed my box key on the counter, told the staff to cancel my box and refund as much of my recent renewal as might apply, and I walked out. I have no doubt there will be no refund.We then went 100 yards to the nearby Wells Fargo, where a customer service rep came out to the car and handled everything in 3 minutes, pleasantly and without a fee. THAT is customer service.Please, avoid this UPS store or be warned!

I stopped by to open a mailbox for my business. Summer exceeded my expectations. She was thorough, friendly and provided me with the information to be successful. I was even offered a free month due to a special they were running. Kudos!

The workers act remedial then go to the back of the store and talk about the customer as if it's the customers fault that they're confused and the guy I'm assuming is the manager is very rude.
