I use the UPS store all the time, and service is always great, but this time it was exceptional, I had so many packages, it was confusing even for me that know what I was packing and shipping.Jamal was the person helping me; what a helpful and cheerful young man.Jamal is well trained, amiable, polite and helpful, he was also efficient, and fast.Kudos to his manager for hiring/training him and to his Mom for raising him so well.It seems silly but this qualities are less and less common in work places and stores, and it is important to recognize them!

I posted 6 packages in under 2 minutes. Two were USPS Priority Mail which they accept. Three people working to take care of customers. These people are wonderful in sharp contrast to the local Post Offices where one person is serving a line of 10 customers, going as slow as possible, never smiling, seemingly detesting the patrons who pay her salary. If you use a shipping online service, costs not much different. I hope I never have to set foot in a US Post Office again here in Atlanta.

They charge me $14 to notarize a paper all ups store they charge 4 dollar they said for signature confirmation bad experience
